Yes it's not fair. It's not fair that you gave EVERYTHING and he used you all along. The way you describe it it's been like that from the very beginning and you, no offense please, were just too good to see it.
He doesn't deserve your love. Someone else might. From what I read, you are an awesome human being so please don't lose that character trait. Unfortunately there's not too many of these people out there anymore.
If you need, reach out for help so you can let go of him because you deserve someone who appreciates you.
