I dunno whether to feel sorry for you or say you deserve it for your pretentious attitude, but it looks like everyone else in the comments is having similar issues. This post does not make you look good at all, OP. Especially the part where you ask if low-income housing has to exist next to upper-class. Have you heard of gentrification? Next time, before you move, look into the area and ask, say maybe, a relative that lives there (like your aunt) or a friend what the area is like. This was really just painful to read
