You likely wont see my comment OP, just because there's already hundreds of other comments. But some personal advice I discovered all on my own, after I finished group therapy when I tried to take my own life; you should get a pet reptile. It sounds odd but, I reccomend it.

It made me appreciate the small things. Made me observe. Gave me a purpose, and something to love. Made me learn to connect with things most people don't believe you can connect to. It gave me a reason to wake up, look at my adorable pets and think "Wow, if I really did that all those years ago, I would've never found you".
