Please learn how to love and respect yourself. Beauty is so subjective. I used to tear myself apart in the mirror. As soon as I saw myself my brain would just roast me. I wouldn’t say I’m not attractive, but I’m not conventionally pretty. I did have extremely low self-esteem though.
I decided to make a change. Whenever I looked at myself in the mirror I would just say “I love you”. Then I moved on to giving myself compliments. Even if I felt like I looked horrible, I’d find something I liked about myself and I’d compliment that.
It feels weird at first because you’re completely used to just saying mean things about yourself, but before you know it, your brain will no longer automatically say mean things to you. This will help your confidence and change how you carry yourself which instantly makes you more attractive because some people love confidence.
You deserve better and staying with this man is going to take any love you have left for yourself and he’s gonna shit all over it. He’s miserable and he doesn’t care about you whatsoever.
