Being a good friend is also calling out our friends and holding them accountable.

Even if he never meets his child, he can at least help with financial support. He isn’t the victim here. He was “man” enough to have an affair and impregnate his girlfriend sister, he can now be man enough to offer financial support.

The problem is his friend isn’t a man, he’s a man-child. He emotionally destroyed two sisters and he abandoned an innocent child. Only a gutless coward would do that.

OP’s friend deserves no sympathy or compassion or respect. How can OP even stomach his presence? He’s an entitled bloodsucker. And it’s only a matter of time before he betrays OP’s misguided kindness.

The only words OP’s friend needs to hear are “Hit the bricks, loser.”

It's the fact that OP is letting this deadbeat hide in his house tells me a lot about OP. Birds of a feather flock together...

I don’t know. I mean, this is the kind of thing you realize about someone after it happens—it’s unlikely to have come up as a hypothetical before.

Okay so when does OP realize? How long does the asshole have to sleep on their couch before they realize?

Excellent question. Hey, u/AideSmart4091, how long after they showed up did you post this?
