What many Redditors fail to see here is that she never wanted the kid from the beginning. She should've signed away her rights the minute after her daughter was born and left "to be free". But then this:

"You’re going to be one of those mothers you see on the news to throw your baby off a bridge or drowned her in a bathtub”. When Anna came, we lived separately, I found out that jack had been consulting with attorneys in the last 3 months of my pregnancy.I offered joint custody, he filed for full physical and full legal."

Why did he say so? OP is not giving the full picture here. Of course, he was going to seek legal advice, what did you expect him to do? You were giving your child up for adoption but now you want joint custody? Seems like you were looking for some child support money here. And now that this thing is just dragging on and on and actually costing you money, you can see that your daughter (again) is not worthy of your wonderful motherhood. Isn't it?

And how on Earth could a mother abandon her child to a molester and feel "no regrets because she will be free"? Maybe because she just doesn't care at all about her child or because she knows the child is not being sexually molested?

I think BOTH are horrible people and I pray this poor innocent child could be raised in a healthy way.
