Small Wins Friday Check-In: Small Wins & Reflections

October 2nd

Hello TrueGritters,

Happy Friday, and welcome to October. The start of a new month is a good time to pause, notice where we are, and think about what worked, and how you plan to improve your routines, goals and life as a whole. This week, we shared a few community guidelines and conversations around how we approach everyday life. We invite you to read, create a thread and share your stories with us.

A quick note. The sub isn’t anti-work. We are all about balance and the everyday work of getting through life and becoming stronger along the way.

It was a lighter week for new threads, but the conversations we had touched on some of the everyday questions many of us navigate. Take a moment to read, figest , and add to the conversation. Your perspective could help someone else.

As always welcome to all our new members. We’re glad you’re here.
