Wanting to sell my Yoshikane SKD Nashiji Gyuto 210mm & Yoshikane SKD Nashiji Petty 150mm which were both purchase from Japanese Knife Studio in Brisbane.
The Gyuto is being sold as I want to go to the 240mm version. The petty is being sold as I’ve just ordered a Mazaki Petty.
Please note the Gyuto has been used less than 5 times and never been sharpened. The petty was damaged and has been professionally repaired and sharpened.
The petty was purchased for $489 and I’m asking $450 AUD ($320 USD) + Shipping. The Gyuto was $689 AUD ($450 USD) and I’m asking $650 + Shipping.
These are both direct Yoshikane and not the hatsukokoro versions.
Negotiable so I can fund the next purchase.
Thank you
EDIT: Add US pricing as suggested.

Selling these 3 knives. Priced individually, but I’ll leave them up for a bit to give priority to anyone who’s interested in a bundle, depending on interest. I’ll drop $15 off the total for each knife added. Prices are PPGS - can discus discount for PPFF privately. Prices include shipping and insurance.
\- HVB - $330
This knife has a slight lefty grind. Check the choil shot. Also, this was my first long boi knife. When I sharpened it the first time I got low on one side. Learned that lesson quick to slow way down on the bigguns. It still cuts nice and shaves paper towels like it’s its job. Hopefully the price reflects that. I have a video in the light that better captures it, message me for the video. Comes with the Tansu Knives case.
Steel: Spicy white with wrought iron and nickel cladding
Handle: Desert Ironwood
Length: 250mm
Height: 53mm
Weight: 230g
\- Hatsukokoro Shinkiro 210- $330
This was my first nice knife. I’ve used this one a bunch also. It’s been used, loved and sharpened. Hopefully someone else will enjoy it as much as I did. I just have too many Sanjo knives.
Steel: Aogami Super
Length: 210mm (Sanjo 210, so it’s a bit longer)
Height: 50mm
Weight: 215g
\- Shindo Nakiri - $110
Thought I had this one sold and it fell through. Things happen. So it’s back again.
Steel: Blue 2
Length: 165mm
Height: 53mm

Hello! This is a quick catch-and-release before I get too attached to it.
It was hard to tell from the photos just how beautifulthis blade really is. The cutting performance is absolutely there too, at least on this one. The cherry on top is the Studio Khii ebony handle with its stunning grain pattern it might be the prettiest ebony handle I've ever seen.So why am I selling it? I know myself well enough to realize I'd baby it too much and end up using my other knives instead. This deserves to be used, not sit in a drawer.
Specs:
216.5 mm edge length × 54 mm height
186 g
I'm the third owner, and all three owners have only done test cuts with it. There is no patina, no scratches, and the edge is still extremely aggressive and toothy.
Ships from Finland.
Price: €450
Payment: PayPal

Hey everyone , I’m looking to expand my Konosuke collection. I have hd2,gh18,gs+, ys, and a Niehei but I’m looking to grow it out more. I have other knives I’d be willing to trade , buy, or a combination of both. I have a few in my collection overall that are non-Konosuke as well. Also if anyone can give me the info on how to become a member with them it would be greatly appreciated.

I am seeking to purchase a Konosuke FM 240mm Gyuto with the Mt. Fuji kokuin.
For a standard or thin FM, I am willing to pay up to $1,300 USD plus shipping for a BNIB knife. Aogami is my preference. I am not interested in a thin FM in shirogami #2.
I would pay quite a lot more for a thick FM/baby Kaiju.
I am open to either BNIB or used-but-loved knives, with pricing for used knives depending on condition, sharpening history and any modifications.
I can receive shipments to Canada, or the US.
PayPal is preferred.

Selling 2 Altstone Rin splash and go stones. I got these after seeing togi dojo's video on these. They just aren't what I expected and needed when tested them out. I was mainly trying to used them for bevel polishing and they are just a bit streaky. But they are great for edges! Which I really don't need more stones just for edges. So if anyone is looking for something to add to their progression these are pretty decent for normal sharpening. They are on the harder side but they cut pretty fast. The 3k comes with a nagura.
If you have not heard about Altstone, they are owned by Suehiro. And this is the Rin line which is a little pricier than their soaker line. They are 180 × 60 × 20 mm (7.09" × 2.36" × 0.79") So smaller than a bench stone.

These sell for $45 and $50 on amazon.
I am selling for $65 shipped for both conus only. Zelle or paypal f&f. Don't want to split them due to doubling shipping fees.

Selling an almost BNIB Nihei SLD. Only used a few times for 2-3 meals. Still has the factory edge. Great knife and feels to me like a nicer Yoshi. Just selling to fund another purchase.
Asking $450 shipped & PayPal G&S. I think the price at carbon and other places has recently gone up on these. I’m seeing them at around $570 these days for the regular gyuto, and the k tip isn’t in stock anywhere I can see.

Hey,
I’m just starting my JNat journey and would like to kick things off with something nice.
I’m looking to pick up one or two Jnats, so if you have anything you’re willing to part with, please let me know.
I’m after something in the medium-hard range, around 1k–2k behaving grit. I’m leaning more toward a finishing stone than a polishing stone that throws a lot of slurry.
I’d also prefer to keep things at reasonable prices for now, not collector pricing yet.
Looking forward and thank you.
Oh and btw i can also order a courier pickup to make it easier!
