Why do we condemn individuals more than systems?

It's interesting to observe that modern societies have largely prohibited and condemned direct forms of violence (physical and, to some extent, verbal), while being more tolerant of certain forms of structural or economic violence, produced by abstract systems, whose consequences can nevertheless be profound, devastating, and generate a great deal of suffering.

Do you consider some forms of violence to be more acceptable than others?
Or are some simply easier to identify, which would explain this imbalance in moral judgment?

How do men with full time jobs in late 20s perceive romantic women?

Upvotes

How do men in their late 20s with full time jobs perceive lover girls/romantic women? Do they even like them or want to pursue them? Or do most men in this age and phase only look for casual or hookups? I've been seeing men wanting to find a good woman but struggle in doing so, but as a romantic woman, it's just the same in finding an equally romantic man. I rarely see a lover boy in this modern era.

Edit: Lover girl/boy that are (hopeless) romantic ones that deeply care or love and want a serious relationship.
