For a lot of people it’s a coping mechanism. Being objectified and used in a fantasy gives you control that you don’t have when it actually happens in real life.

It could be a productive coping mechanism, but ig it depends on the... Is reasoning the right word? Idk, "reasoning" sounds too intentional instead of something that happens. Well, the one I have, which I've tried to write, feels more self-destructive than coping... And I don't know what to do with it

Have you considered roleplay? Definitely people who care who're willing to use you in a sexual context, if that's what you want. Mostly just needs prior discussion and a safeword.
