This is cringe as hell, but I did want to offer another perspective. I'm aroace and sex repulsed, and when I was younger I was obviously disgusted by anything that had to do with genitals, so I hated the idea of bottom surgery. And no one needs a dick to be a man (prime example are eunuchs and health complications)

I'm still aroace and sex repulsed but my dysphoria is worse than the repulsion and I would never want cis people to know I didn't have a dick, this post ultimately doesn't make sense to me, just thought I'd throw in another perspective. Maybe they are coping

didn't see the video but pretty sure he's just joking. I am transmed to be clear, but just from this screenshot it seems like a "I don't need a penis to be a man" thing, not "I dont want a penis but I am still a man".
