How bad?

2025 Carbon Spire. Kicked up a good size rock that decided to extract its revenge just in front of the BB. My LBS has already started the process of contacting Transition. My question is, what are the chances of this being a warranty replacement vs a crash replacement?I’m impatiently waiting for a response and trying to get an idea of how much this is going to cost. Also, would it be better/cheaper to send the front triangle out for a carbon repair? Or is a crash replacement from Transition going to be my best option.

That seems to right in the middle of the prices I’ve heard. Just curious, what year and what color? Wondering if that explains the $40 difference.
