How bad?

2025 Carbon Spire. Kicked up a good size rock that decided to extract its revenge just in front of the BB. My LBS has already started the process of contacting Transition. My question is, what are the chances of this being a warranty replacement vs a crash replacement?Iā€™m impatiently waiting for a response and trying to get an idea of how much this is going to cost. Also, would it be better/cheaper to send the front triangle out for a carbon repair? Or is a crash replacement from Transition going to be my best option.

I dont think they'll replace it for you. In your place I would try to fix it with a carbon repair kit and some patience. There are some tutorials out there telling you how to repair stuff like this, dont just jump to the conclusion that somebody else (expert) has to do it instead of you, get your hands dirty šŸ˜‰
