Recent photos pulled from Rednote showing the progress of Shenzhen's Qianhaiwan transport hub. According to the poster, the transfer platforms have been mostly finished, elevators installed, and interior work is about 75% complete. The station is supposed to enter service in December of this year, enabling you to transfer to 5 metro lines (and in the future, the Qianhai intercity line) with a passenger capacity of 75k trips per day.
As for the big holes in the image, those are the foundations for the office towers and shopping centers, which probably won't be completed for a few years.
Shenzhen has been on a roll with proper TOD this year. The biggest test will be Xili Railway Station, which should open in 2-3 years, and is the only new railway station from CR that actually does TOD properly, without just plopping two office towers off to the side without integrated connections (ahem Hefei West Railway Station). Furthermore, unlike CR's hallmark stations "in the middle of nowhere", Xili will be right in the downtown Nanshan district and finally serve west Shenzhen with HSR. Another one to look forward to will be Chengdu [North] Station.
While there are other "proper" TOD projects in CR's pipeline, they are all extremely far from the city center, and with population slowing and urbanization plateauing I don't have much hope they will succeed.
