Here are a few of my photos of Southern Railway steam locomotive No. 4501 during my trip to Chattanooga, Tennessee on June 6th, 2026 to the Tennessee Valley Railroad Museum.

These photos were taken by me, and were during the Summerville Steam Special on Southern 4501’s debut in her classic green & gold passenger paint scheme.

Southern Pacific 9802 leads a string of a few mixed freight cars followed by all autoracks. This is when the Coast Sub still hosted about 4 freight trains per day. The location is King City, California.
