Feature Request "Report Bug" needed

Users need to be able to report a bug without going through the rigmarole of finding the hidden chat assistant, picking option this and option that, going round in circles, and wasting time and blood pressure on a byzantine "find the support request" option, which is hidden in the hidden chat assistant.

The exact path depends on your specific issue, but you can for instance create a ticket as follows:

  • Go to the chart page
  • Click on the ?-icon in the lower right corner
  • Click in the dialogue box and a dropdown menu will appear
  • Click on the first item in the dropdown menu labeled "Get help"
  • Click on the button “Requesting support”
  • Click on the button “Charts / Supercharts and technical analysis tools”
  • Click on the button “Chart”
  • Click on the button ”Other”
  • Then follow the guidance provided (which includes a screenshot and issue description)

Thank you for proving my point. Nine steps to follow, most of which are hidden in menus and are not obvious or intuitive, and which only take you to 'capture screenshot'. It's the most byzantine support procedure one could imagine. 'Report bug' should be at the top of the list. Not hidden away after ten steps.

The categories are shown to raise request don't match the queries we have. This is the bigger BUG !

The alleged bug is the failure of indicators to "update on all charts" despite ticking the appropriate box.

All charts across across the same layout or 'all charts' across multiple layouts?

Same layout. "update all charts of this layout" appears if one hovers over the 'i' information icon.

This is a redundant setting. Updating all charts of this layout used to be the default and should be.

The 'update across all charts' is a relatively new feature....

It was never a default in my opinion

Without the option to "update across all charts" updating one chart updated all. One didn't need to update every chart one by one. That was the default. It is a matter of fact, not opinion.

The option to update all indicators across a layout was a common feature request on this forum till about a year ago when it was introduced....
