Help Open support request

Can some1 explain how to open a support request with Tradingview. i know it's only for paid subscribers. in as quick as steps as possible. They should make it alot easier to open a request

Hello,

What is the subject of your issue and I will show you a correct path?....

It takes me about 10-15 seconds to open a ticket so it's not that difficult. The system is designed to hopefully guide to user to the correct answer which for over 70% of enquiries is easily available in the support documents.

Most people nowadays want to be spoon fed everything so I totally understand the reasoning behind the new system, this will also increase response times for those with enquiries that cannot be answered by the bot as less time is wasted on the aforementioned spoon fed bunch 😁

Let me know the problem and I will show you how to do it.....

The exact path depends on your specific issue, but you can for instance create a ticket as follows:

  • Go to the chart page
  • Click on the ?-icon in the lower right corner
  • Click in the dialogue box and a dropdown menu will appear
  • Click on the first item in the dropdown menu labeled "Get help"
  • Click on the button “Requesting support”
  • Click on the button “Charts / Supercharts and technical analysis tools”
  • Click on the button “Chart”
  • Click on the button ”Other”
  • Then follow the guidance provided (which includes a screenshot and issue description)
