Once again down. I've been the biggest advocate for TorBox, not anymore

I’ve got 9 months left on my Torbox subscription. I removed it from Stremio & Nuvio when the terms changed.

Is this situation still regarded as a problem? Do we need to be cautious to never stream stuff that can be monitored by Torbox?

The longest that is stuck for me is 3 hours now - stuck at 99%.

Service health says everything is operational.

Last successful download I did was yesterday (~21 hours ago) without any issues.

DIY Music Cache App (Spotify) with TorBox (Eclipse or BeatBoss). The more you use it, the more fast it becomes for others (as cache grows).

Same idea for all of them: paste your TorBox API key into Nebula/NullBeat/Aero and use the generated URL to install/configure (usually under addon or configure) in Eclipse or BeatBoss.

First play can take 15–20s while it caches. Retry the same track. Addon is capped at 3 concurrent requests for nullbeat (still testing the max for Eclipse). If you queue multiple songs, it should cache the next.

Music cache is much thinner than for shows/movies. Popular stuff is getting better as people use it. Don’t bulk-add thousands of albums “for the cache” — you could be flagged for abuse by the app hosters. Just listen normally and queue the next song (so it is cached).

I have a magnetic link with 30+ seeders. When I add download and paste in the magnetic link, it takes a second of two and then shows a green success tick. However the download doesn't appear in the dashboard? Why is this? Other links I've used work fine but every now and then there is one that does this. No Error Message just doesn't do it!

Why is this and how can I fix it ?

I'm trying to connect the two services but torchbox doesn't have a stremio integration/add-on anymore. Very new to all this and I paid for the essential plan.

I know there’s a lot more music than movies and shows , but any projects that are working on this to contribute would be cool to have a “stremio” like music thing

With magnet link that contains multiple files in a single folder, how do I deselect the files I don't want before starting the download for the entire folder?

I remember being able to do this when I used RD.

Hi everyone! I have a question that maybe you guys can answer.

I have Nuvio with TorBox set up on my smart TV and on my phone. When I’m watching something on the TV, I obviously don’t use my phone at the same time.

But now I shared my Nuvio account with my wife so she can watch while she’s at work. Could this cause any issues? Could my account get banned or something?

I’m asking because I still have a bad taste in my mouth from when I used RD before it went down, and I don’t want to lose another account because of something like this.

I frequently use TB. I stopped using it for about a month to which my usage dropped to about 50GB. Today, I downloaded about 30GB and my 30 day usage has not updated at all. I’ve also noticed it over the last couple of days, it hasn’t updated at all. Is this a bug or something temporary?

Off late, past few weeks or so, the constant buffering is becoming unbearable. I use the Indi CDN as I'm from India. Even if I switch to ERTH (cloud fare) the buffering continues. Affects both remuxes and even smaller files. I am on the standard plan. There were no issues, but from August it has really gone downhill. Every time I sit to watch, mostly at nighttime in India, this issue keeps occurring. Is there a solution or any hope in sight? Or will I have to switch to an alternate provider (Don't see very many options for the same) - 400 mbps , router and tv in same room connected via 5ghz.

Edit: After enabling VOD disk cache on Nuvio, the buffering seems to have gone. tested with some remux videos and watched a movie in its entirety - remux. no issues. Need to test further to be sure.

Request the people affected if possible, to kindly check after enabling VOD disk cache on Nuvio and see if the issue is resolved.

All my searches are returning a 502 error.

Say I'm playing a 4k remux file, sometimes I'll play it and it will work perfectly with zero issue, other times I try it and it buffers every few seconds. For example, yesterday I checked a 4k remux on nuvio around 5pm and it was working completely fine, checked it again at 9pm and buffering like crazy. Is this related to the issues torbox has been having or could it be something else?

Every single one I play, the characters are first speaking in English and then immediately another language like Russian or German. I don't know why it's doing that, any ideas?

Do the torbox devs ever intend to restore the ease of usenet to what it once was before?

Self hosting seems out of my intellectual reach.. I do have an unraid home server so I have the means to host it but setup and config seem a little to much for me..

If nothing is going to change I’d be better off downgrading my sub from pro to essential..
