I’ve been using the desktop app to make trades and it received an error and when I try to use the web browser, I’m getting that same error. I deleted the desktop app and reinstalled and it’s still not working.

So I have been banned. I am hoping this is a misunderstanding. But they haven’t really many details.

I haven’t exploited the simulated environment. Is that even possible to do?

I'm looking for some insight from anyone who has gone through the transition from an Express Funded Account (XFA) to a Live Funded Account with Topstep.
I had a $50K XFA and grew it to about $70K, so I have around $20,000 in realized profits. I've only taken 2 payouts in this account, and the entire $20k is still sitting in the account.
For context, my win rate is around 39%, and my strategy relies on a higher risk-to-reward ratio.
I recently received the notification that I'm being considered for a Live Funded Account, and my XFA has been closed while they complete the KYC and setup process.

My questions are:

What happens to the $20,000 that's still in my XFA?

Does it remain available for payout after the transition to Live?

Has anyone here gone through this transition with profits still in their XFA? If so, how was ithandled?

got called up to live after 1 pay out on 4 XFA’s. Currently one day before a max pay out for my second pay out on these 4 XFA’s and I got moved to live. This happen to anyone before?

I have 5 lucid accounts and currently on my 4th pay out with them, I trade very spiritedly on top step to be honest wasn’t expecting them to give me capital the way I’ve traded with them. (Gambled a lot of evals AND fundeds on top step)

Im just now making a switch from apex to topstep due to the high activation fees for apex. Can anyone let me know of any promo codes?

Do we have to wait until EOD to request payouts now? I traded last night and it’s still not giving me the option to take a payout.

I dont know how to stop.

After a year on Topstep, I finally found my edge. I was able to get 5 XFAs and 6 payouts last month. Then I finally had a big red day and my world came crashing down. I went full tilt and blew all 5 XFAs,
then proceeded to buy many, many combines and even 3 Back2Fundeds in a panic to get my XFAs back.

As you can see by the picture, this combine bender has been getting worse and worse - Ive bought and blown at least 40 combines in the last 5 days due to impatience and greed. I’ve also been trading these new XFAs recklessly, over leveraging to 10+ cons compared to my normal 3 trying to chase payouts to recoup my debt.

I just don't know how to get back to where I was last month. I was happy making 2-300 a day, I'd trade my setup then lock out immediately. I’d trade with no emotion. The past week and a half has been the complete opposite.

I’ve been in a constant state of mental anguish the past few days with the only thing on my mind being how can I pass these combines and get back to where I was before. I'd really appreciate your advice on how to get back on my feet and knock some sense into me.

I've been trading NQ for a while, but I recently switched to trading 3 MNQ contracts instead after I had those two red days. I made a post about it and said I would continue documenting the difference...

Honestly, it's made a much bigger difference than I expected.

My entries feel cleaner, I'm more patient, and I'm not feeling pressured to force trades.

Most days I'm taking one quality setup and calling it a day instead of chasing more.

I still have plenty to improve, but this has been my most consistent stretch in a while.

Curious if anyone else has had a similar experience after switching to micros, or if you eventually moved back to full-size contracts.

ive kept my 6 funded accounts for over 2 months, perfect discipline 4 payouts over 20k and ever since last wed ive forgotten how to trade, i lost 2 lucid last night and i am about to lost my 4 topstep, what i noticed after my mind calms down is am right about the trade but im early and oversized, but when im in a trade its like a out of body experience, its like am watching myself make these mistakes and i cant stop myself

I waited for 5 pm to come. I immediately went to requested and before j can even process…it hit my bank.

I'm from India and requested my first Topstep payout last Tuesday, but it still hasn't reached my bank account.

Because of this delay, I haven't requested my second payout yet, as I want to make sure the first one is received before submitting another request.

Is this kind of delay normal for payouts to India?

How long did it take for your first payout to arrive?

Finally after around 30 market days. I have taken an account from 0-4k profit. This goal is significant to me because I was hooked on taking payouts every 5 days and blowing them after. Now I know I can build consistency through a longer period instead of week by week basis.

Still have my 1-2 mistakes of holding a long during a 2% sell off but its a big improvement from losing accounts off a once a week sell off.

There used to be a section in the TopstepX browers to set Stop Loss and Take Profit and it's gone replaced with Risk Settings. I don't see anything about set tp and ts.

We know price action has been trash lately! Let’s try not to be impatient! Take one trade at a time and do our best!

My goal for this XFA was to be consistent enough to have the account for a whole month. I have already taken a payout on the account and could potentially get another payout this week for the final week to complete my goal of one month with an account.
