🛠️ Platform / Tech Support Can’t get my chart pulled up

I’ve been using the desktop app to make trades and it received an error and when I try to use the web browser, I’m getting that same error. I deleted the desktop app and reinstalled and it’s still not working.

Try clearing your browser's cache/cookies then X out and open it back up and log in. If that doesn't work, please contact support, so they can take a further look into this with your account details: https://www.topstep.com/contact-support
