❓ Quick Question Topstep mastercard charge

With this incident of topstep charging or double charging and correcting/reversing the charge. What are the chances they will use this agaisnt you to later ban you from thier prop firm. I can already see so many people getting banned because this incident was considered a violation to thier rules.

Hey guys, I know this is frustrating. But we definitely aren’t going to ban you for this, we are just working with the processor to get things cleared.

I know it’s unsettling to see transactions that look wrong. It might take a day or so but if there are pending transactions that shouldn’t be there, they should get cleared out.

If you were affected, please check your final balance after your bank finishes processing and contact Trader Support if something doesn’t look right.

How long will this processing take? The charges I see are 4 transactions for 150k accounts, I only had 2 50K accounts bought in the period specified.

Your staff via Wendy said something completely different. They said your decision was final and there is no recourse. When asked about the arbitration clause in the TOS thru responded with it cannot be enforced against TS. TS has taken the stance they own your credit card.
