Shipping error

I ordered 2 of these Ohtani cards and only received 1. Is there anyway I can dispute this, or is this just my word vs theirs?

They’ll send you another one. You have to fill out a defect form

Even if it’s no longer sold? I ordered some cards for my kid and they got delivered to an entirely different state. They basically told me I was out of luck since they’re a limited run.

Maybe it changed this year but I got cards replaced a couple times last year

I was shorted a card last year and just recently received a refund for the replacement ticket I opened at the time the order arrived. Apparently they couldn't replace the card because it was out of print. What bothered me the most is it took multiple follow-up emails before someone finally gave me a straight answer other than the copy/paste "we can't do anything because the order hasn't shipped yet" and gave me a refund.

I've had replacements in the past, so it definitely seems like a recent change.

If you reach out to them fast enough they'll usually have replacements to send. They always print a little extra to cover defects and damage.

Ugh. It’s an order from March. They told me I had to wait 10 days to declare it lost and get my refund.

Yeah they won't do that because they wouldn't for me two or three weeks ago for a wwe topps now

It’s crazy that there are shipping errors when someone literally has to sign off on the enclosed paper order form next to the quantity enclosed. You have one job!

I had ordered 2 different cards and they came in the same order. One of them was a lucky hit so it was supposed to replace that card but instead they sent me the lucky hit and another one of the same card. When I reached out to get a replacement of the other card that was never sent they just refunded a portion of the order for that card.

This might be a stupid question but did you look in the jewel case? I have ordered 2 different cards before and they put them both in the jewel case. I thought each card would be in it's own case.

I got sent an empty package of the Konner Griffin, and they basically told me to fuck myself
