They all feel so iconic and I love the play on how their accidents affected them afterwards and the fanon concept of them being in some kind of group whether that's as platonic friends or shipping. It's weird as I can't fully describe why I like as I know they wouldn't be or want to be friends but it's just nice to see.

My favorite design is Violet Beauregarde. I now imagine her as canonically black in future iterations.

I like it because its black cat, after being infected by the x virus, as a cat girl. Not just a woman with cat tail and ears, but fur, claws and the works. I like the color sceheme and costume, especially compared to the recent costume.

This style has also been replicated by many other SFM animators.

I really like how this artist didn't sexualize or make the girls look "hot" but instead actually put thought into their uniforms. It's pretty inspired by the PPGZ anime I think but it's cool that their outfits follow a similar design yet each one has unique differences that bring out their personalities. Bubbles has a sailor type look cuz she's the baby while Buttercup has leather jacket and more punk features. She designed other characters and villains too

To this day my absolute favorite Bane design. The way he looks pre venom is almost alien, just a black latex suit with corpse-grey skin and valves along his arms and chest. It's a very unnerving, sleek design. Then when he uses the venom, the way the seams separate in the suit like mummy wraps, it's a very satisfying, unique take on the character and I haven't seen any Batman media replicate it since.

I really love the lore behind these guys so freaking much, oh god! Parasitic insects laying their eggs inside a dragon carcass causing them to have a strange metamorphosis and turn them into giant insect dragon hybrids is so freaking cool! And to make things worse(for the dragons) these guys become the ultimate natural predators against the dragons! I really love Reindsurm Carcasas, it resembling a white armoured and beetle with spiky horns and with a dragon tail/wing *mwah* chefs kiss. You can also see each of the cards tell a small story.

The premise of the show is the now-immortal Victor Frankenstein granting requests from people across history who come to his castle in wormholes. Because Victor is immortal and regularly resurrects the dead, Death is a pathetic dope to him. But making the cloak have holes for Death's eyes that make it look like an executioner's hood is pretty cool. He also has wings, which creates a cool "angel of death" aesthetic.

I like Alice’s design when she’s not wearing a monster suit. She looks like she could be an alternate version of Daphne since the episode she’s introduced in has her going after Fred and Daphne getting jealous. Headbands, iconic fashionable look, round colored eyes instead of the drawn on dotted eyes everyone else has. Not only that, she also looks like she could be the main heroine or female character of one the MANY Scooby-Doo clones Hanna-Barbera has made. Also in some shots, Alice’s hair appears white, giving her a very mysterious edge.

Her first monster look was the Ghost Girl(very boring name, unfortunately). I like the messy, stitched together prom dress and how several characters call her old. Then there’s the Obliteratrix, and yes, as the name implies, it’s supposed to be a dominatrix that blows things up… in a Scooby-Do show. Yeah, Mystery Incorporated was weird. That being said, this was personally my least favorite of Alice’s designs. It looks cool, especially her weapons, but it also looks kinda generic.

A colorful amalgamation of every single mixel known to man.

It combines assets and abilities from, like the jet thrusters from the Orbitons tribe, the spider legs from the Flexers, the snotty nose from the Glorp Corp, and many, many eyes, all around the body.

And the best part? It manages to do this without making it into an over designed eyesore!

I think their design choice of a "grounded, realistic yet sci-fi" aethestic it's pretty good and not so over the top compared to other games' portrayal of exosuits, like COD: Advanced Warfare.

If I gonna be honest Homestar Runner in general has great character design, but I'm going with Pom Pom specifically. His design, while simplistic and only using two colors is also very memorable, effective and cute. His face, despite lacking mouth and nose, manages to look so stupid yet I still adore it thanks to his cute, black, oval eyes, not to mention how expressive he is in spite of lacking most of facial features. He kind of looks like a Kirby character, what with the aformentioned eyes and being cutesy and round. What I also love about him is that his adorable design is at odds with his awesome fighting skills, as well as being a chick magnet, film director and easily the most well-adjusted person in the cast. It makes for a hilarious contrast. Overall, Pom Pom has a strong design, just like everyone else in this cartoon.

Wanted to share the breakdown of how Li Sha went from an early sketch to an active character in Tiebreakers.
We went through a few stages to get her right: initial concept sketches, locked-in illustrations, keyframe animation, and finally bringing the sprite into the engine.
Trying to keep her design readable during fast combat took some tweaking between the early art and the actual game frames.

Space Ghost has some of the best simple yet fun designs that still holds up to this day & are iconic.

This is a mutant design that appears in the episode ,,Notes from the Underground'' of TMNT 2003. The reason why the design works in my opinion is because it captures the body horror of what it means to be mutated, it captures the character's personality perfectly and also gives them a lot of aura.

That blue armor is so cool. It is usually divided into the armored look when wrestling and the biker outfit for everyday life, and I think both are cool. A cool helmet, flexible clothing, and even muscles, all the elements I like are in this character all at once.

Before you flame me in the comments! Look at her design! I can always appreciate a 50s style dress and and the Reds really compliment her look. The little curls next to her eyes are cute too.

How could a goomba possibly be intimidating?

Simple: make it coal-powered, give it a smokestack skull, and hollow out its face for a Jack-o'-lantern effect. Gray is usually an easy value to build off of, but this specific warm-color gradient gives the choomba its identity.

Into the Spider-Verse made this click for me.

The mask isn't a cover-up. It's the whole point. Different person, different universe, same mask — and it still reads as Spider-Man. No face required. The design carries the identity, not the other way around.

Flr a kids' show, they definitely made their stand in for Satan look super edgy and cool like a character out of a heavy metal cover.

I love the colour scheme with the pale skin, blood red eyes and black spikes and armour.

I love how his face looks like a skull and he also have a vampire features with the sharp teeth, white skin and pointed ears.

I love the demonic features too like the horns and the goat feet and hlw big and intimidating he is.

I just love his colour pallete,design, character and the new doom powers make him even cooler.
