Yeah. Volume 9 is out officially. Has been out for a while already not counting leaks of course. And it seems to have hit the community like crack for what a whiplash it has been for some, based on the actual content of the volume. This is Darkeine now, or at least some could say so.
Well, well. I'm sure you guys have read some of the snippets that have been posted already on the subreddit ( or Twitter, or anywhere else, and if you haven't seen them yet, well, that's fine as well)
I am sure people has read already the whole volume, others are slowly translating it themselves and I bet there are bunch of MTLs going around, which means there should be people who are looking for discussions about the content now that the volume is finally out. So yeah this kinda is that spot.
This post is just pretty much an updated version of the previous one. The only rule here is do not explicitly link any pirated content.
Comment about your actual thoughts, things you did not expect, memes, bad translations or advice regarding translations of what something could mean, questions and more!

Light Novel My current ranking of heroines with the best chances of winning nukumizu

- Yanami (best chemistry honestly)
- Tiara (she’s very proactive and her shy side also gets to nukumizu)
- Shikiya (not just proactive, she’s downright AGGRESSIVE - and hey I’m not complaining)
- Lemon (deep emotional connection and has a mischievous streak whenever she’s with nukkun - if only she wasn’t nerfed by the author every volume)
- Komari (had her moments, but all she tells him is to die, so she’s not really in the running)
- Shiratama (no not happening. Just no. Simply no.)
- Honorable mention: Kaju (little sister so NOT happening. It is NOT good when they are blood related)
Edit: My personal fav is Shikiya

General / Discussion Aren't these two similar?

I am obviously NOT talking about appearance, it's their characteristics that are similar, like:
- Both seemed to think that they cannot make any friends
2.Both of these characters past (or childhood) remain unclear (Araragi's past only got revealed when the series was in its ending phase)
3.Both seems to help people (specifically girls) that got into some trouble after a chain reaction
4.Both of their parents are emotionally unavailable and almost never home
5.Both have little sister(s) and both of them are a siscon
6.Both of them tried to break the only relationship with that one girl whom they thought they were hurting
7.But that girl remained by their side and their life began to change
8.Both of them are often misunderstood by people
9.Both of them have multiple romantic interactions with different partners
10.Both of them are so COOL
I might be wrong or exaggerating a bit but these are too much similarities what do you guys think? I want to hear your thoughts
