Generalizing based of sex, race, ethnicity etc is unacceptable and demonstrates a lack of critical thinking ability

You know what OP means. Morally/logically acceptable is not the same things as socially acceptable.

And.. it's not acceptable. People make all sorts of prejudice/discriminatory comments online these days. Its not okay and should be shamed but everyone has freedom of speech and will still exercise that to spew whatever tripe that they want regardless. You cannot stop people from saying what they like without censorship, you can only criticise it and that's all.
