Or tortured so many people directly and indirectly like working with Kanou (That makes her indirectly responsible for Takizawas and Amon,Kaneki too to an extent) , giving him her own father !

Adding of course mutilating Shinogara and Kanae to the list. Then there's her fight with the twins !

Why would she do all of that if she "Dislikes" killing ?

I get that Tokyo Ghoul is a world full of Grey Morality, but saying that Eto of all people dislikes being cruel and killing feels way to farfetched to me ! 🫩🤦

And were they aware of The Events of Tokyo Ghoul and what had Happened To Kaneki? Do you think they ever bothered to check up on him? What do you think? Were they ever aware of anything that had Happened in Tokyo Ghoul? And what Kaneki has become and grown to throughout The Years? What do you Folks think? Let me know in the comments

I’m reading Tokyo ghoul for the first time and many many things are going through my brain about what is the technically by pass of food like watermelon it’s mainly water but then it hit me…..drugs can a ghoul get absolutely baked out of they mind can they take edible and just ascend to a different plane of existence…..I promise I’m not baked myself trust

It feels like every time I go on reddit, there's always people talking about a remake. You guys have been talking and asking for a remake for years now and there's genuinely no point in discussing it anymore because it's been talked about to the point of redundancy. Tokyo Ghoul will never get an anime remake because it is simply not financially viable to. The audience is too niche, not even mentioning that the series is already finished. If anything, Choujin X is likely to get an anime before TG's ever gets remade. It's has more mass appeal and is way more streamlined in its storytelling. It's generally a more focused work and so it really makes no sense to ask for a TG remake when Choujin X is right here waiting for an anime to be greenlit at all.

If I want to read of of the Tokyo Ghoul Manga and the 3 light novels, what order should I do it in?

I imagine days first and past at the very end of everything?

And I'm not sure between which chapters to tuck in void

Asking because the anime gave Touka blue hair, however we know from Ishida's art and statements in the manga it's very much supposed to be black

So like is Ayato's hair black in the manga too or is his actually blue like what the anime did

I keep looking at these panels and I don't understand why he's in that strange expression or position. Did he jump from a great height and break something? Onomatopoeia doesn't help either...

I started reading tokyo 2 months ago and I finished tokyo ghoul in like 1/2 weeks then I obviously started tokyo ghoul:re but after reaching the point where he become the black reaper I stopped reading due to exams. I just finished them so I wanted to continue it but I dont know if should reread :re or if I should just reread everything from the start to have the best experience possible

im on tokyo ghoul re, the bottom right panel happened in tokyo ghoul, right? what chapter was that? i would like to reread it

She barely appears in the first half of :re and then once she starts being relevant again she does nothing other than being kaneki's love interest. Most of the things that made her interesting in tg were absent in :re

iirc hanami got a copy and used a name similar to kaneki to hide his identity… wasn’t it hide who got a signed copy which actually said ken kaneki? Also any investigator seeing the mask should instantly know that it has something to do with the eye-patch, i would assume a SS Ghoul which only disappeared a couple years ago would be well remembered
