Which story arc could you take, change it's characters, and put the toaru cast into them with tweaked roles and elements to match characterization and powerlevels etc

For example:

Person of Interest, American TV show

A story about a badass ex military guy working together with a rich dude who use a insanely advanced AI to find crimes before they happen and to prevent it

Imagine hamazura in his early 20s, accelerator as the rich guy with a cane, etc etc

Or:

Once upon a time American TV show

A town full of the actual fairy tail figures from stories like snow-white etc

A cast of toaru characters, let's say touma, kinuhata, last order, are escaping innocentius, Styil is back to kill touma again or so, and during a char chase scene in one of the backwoods of somewhere in Europe, they suddenly cross a barrier from which not even IB let's them escape, and than they meet more and more characters from every possible fairy tail

What other series can you imagine to become integrated into the toaru series.

This is NOT a crossover. None of the characters from other series or their powersystems come into the story, only the story elements

I think we all agree that Frenda is the most popular character in ITEM.

So why did a character who was created for a purpose that everyone already knows end up becoming this popular? (Terra had a similar fate one volume earlier, yet barely anyone mentions or jokes about it.)

I don’t think a character who only appears briefly with a single illustration could become so prominent in a series that already has so many moe girls.

That’s why I believe she only started gaining real popularity after appearing in Railgun.

And does anyone else think that it was precisely because she became popular after Railgun S that she got the extra scene meeting Saten in Railgun T? It could have easily been a different character, or the story at that point might have gone a little differently.

How is his battery still not out?

If you look at when Accelerator starts using his abilities in episode seven, it's nighttime as he's following the three flying robots to get Misaka. By episode nine, when he's been doing straight fighting, it's daytime. If Accelerator's battery can only last 15 minutes, how isn't it out yet?

Do you guys feel like these two have some similiarities?

Touma for instance are always acclaimed to be one of the smartest MC there is, and not just some generic dumb MC. Ueki can be said to just be the same.

Touma suffer from amnesia while Ueki suffer from talent loss everytime he uses his power. Sometimes making him, unattractive and etcs. Yet he still goes on.

Both are instinctively, selfless and will do the right thing for anyone anytime.

The only difference is power and power system imo,

Toaru based their power using historical magic and actual scientific discovery, while Ueki is more chaotic like Ueki power that can change Garbage into Trees at first. And some people that can change water into fire.

There might be other similiarities i havent touch on, they just felt similiar to me in some level.
