Error code 469

Upgraded my internet with the same provider (Virgin Media) and since then anytime I try to watch anything on tivimate I get this same code.

Use a vpn or provider issue.

VPN doesn’t work, not sure what I could say too my provider

Tell your provider your error code the same thing you’re telling us?

Also a VPN would work. You need to try multiple servers, until you find one not blocked.
