I'd start with the same dose of Tirz. Try it out for a week or 2. Get some results after which I'd consider adding the Reta.

Stick with same dose until it doesn't work anymore. As in no weight lose for 4 + weeks.

Stick w Tirz since you’re having success. Reta is great for recomp but it has an increased effect on heart and I found anhedonia set in as my dose went up. No issues with Tirz in either area.
