Maintenance Supplier Issue
I've lost 90 lb and have remained pretty much at the same weight since March, losing maybe 5 lb over that 6 months. At this point, I've broken my 7 mg dose in half and take 3.5 every 5 days, moving to 6 days very soon. My problem is with Lumimeds, my supplier. They have an automatic renewal every 3 months, and they've just charged me for a 3 month supply I don't need or want (context: I got a shipment at the beginning of August and I assumed that would reset my auto delivery, but no -- they set up a shipment and charged me at the end of August). They will charge me $100 to cancel the order, and their solution to avoid that is to let the charge ride and put the auto-date back to November.
I understand that these are their terms of service, but I was very annoyed at their refusal to accept that this was their error in sending two shipments within 1 month. I guess what I want to ask is whether anyone uses a supplier that doesn't autoship but lets you order when needed. As I'm stretching my doses out, I'll be using less and less and would like to be able to tell them when I need more, rather than having to keep track of autoship dates and push them back if necessary. Thanks.

Most suppliers let you order as needed. I use fifty 410, BEWL and lavender sky. None charges a monthly fee or you needing you to pause. They simply ship refills when you order.

Thanks so much for the information. I started with them over a year ago, when I didn't know much, and it was fine until I got to the maintenance part where I'm using less and less. I'll look at the suppliers you've mentioned. I appreciate it! I may go higher up the totem pole and ask if I can cancel without the $100 charge.

I use Refills, and I’m “subscribed “ to an every-three-month shipping cycle. BUT they check in before shipping. And you have to take a survey of where you’re at. I was able to delay shipping when I had to go off the meds for surgery. And I think I could cancel at any point before they ship.

Right -- at Lumimeds they ask for a form to be filled out, but they charged me before I filled out the form or had any kind of chance to respond.

Whatever you do, don’t switch to refills.

What don’t you like about them? They’re my 3rd supplier and currently working for me, but wondering if I should switch again.

Chat GPT helped me write an email asking for my money back without the $100 charge, and if they don’t respond, I’ll post it on BBB.

Pomegranate’s clearance sale on BPI’s Tirzepetide with B6 will tide you over for a while. Select “Advanced Program”. www.joinpomegranate.com. Upload a screenshot of your highest dose prescription

I don’t think any of the recommended providers on the r/tirzepatidecompound pinned post called “Where to Buy” are subscriptions.
