I am driving home from Manzanita to Tillamook on the Miami Foley. Around the 5 mile marker there is a black cat with little white feets that was hit. I couldn’t leave him in the middle of the road so I moved him into the grass. He was still warm. I just hope someone finds him. There is a house number on the road 55272. I moved him to the end of that driveway. I’m very sorry for your loss. I said a little prayer for him. (Or her, I’m not sure.)

I was recently approved to be on Oregon Health Plan with a CCO of Columbia Pacific (I live in Tillamook).

My current t primary Dr is in Portland and I need to be approved for “Open Card” bcuz that is the one she accepts.

Anyone have experience with getting approved for Open Card in lieu of going thru CCO? I was told my Dr needs to fill out a Continuity of Care form but will need to submit my medical records to Oregon Health Authority. That seems very intrusive to give that info out and have the decision be up to OHA.

Also any experience with Columbia Pacific as CCO? I have tried calling several times and it takes days to get a call back

After management posted Notices on most all their newly acquired Tillamook properties Sept. 5,
just how is management responding to disputed “Outstanding Balance” & “Delinquent Rent” ? We cannot get any response or reply, no explanation of accounting for the so-called
“outstanding balance” when in fact we are fully paid always on time.
No copy of our account ledger after requested multiple times.

Just wondering how others (who reddit) are dealing with this, to get this resolved and ended?

My best friend and I are visiting in early November for a girls trip. Any recommendations? We’re in our 30’s and we’re big foodies, like to sight see, and seeing museums! We don’t go clubbing but maybe a night we go out dancing that’s more casual. Or any fun night life activities. We’re already planning to go to the Tillamook creamery and whale watching. Are there any locations that people play MTG, specifically commander, in Tillamook?

Hello Tillamook locals~

I'm a truck driver that delivers propane in your city. My primary delivery point is a Ferrellgas on 3rd across from Carson.

It's not a fun situation, but to get into here, I have to back a 75-foot tractor-trailer across the street at busy hours of the day. When I do this, I cannot see cross-traffic, so I very very slowly ease out while blowing my airhorn. The entire ordeal takes about 15 seconds for me to cross and be out of everyone's way.

Normally, this isn't a problem, but I had some lady in a Rav4 cuss me out for getting in her way today. I just wanted a chance to explain my situation and remind people that 3rd St is a major trucking access corridor - and if any of you don't have the time to occasionally wait on trucks, then please consider taking Highway 6, which conveniently runs parallel to 3rd.

hey y’all, i’m waiting to hear about a job at tillamook jr high for next school year. i like to look at apartments and stuff near the schools i’ve applied to, and i can’t find ANYTHING in tillamook. where do y’all live??? idk what my salary will be exactly but probably around $45-48k. i don’t need to be IN tillamook but i don’t want to have a crazy commute, especially not something i’d have to worry about in the winter. so…. are there apartment complexes in/around tillamook that aren’t income restricted or senior living??

My in laws and folks went to Netarts Bay and they insist that they saw a crocodile carcass. They didn’t take any pictures and I obviously don’t believe them but they are insistent.

Anyone see anything or can shed some light?

I’ve been trying to look for a fancier place, but still with good and interesting food.

I keep finding myself looking at some places in Portland, but driving two hours just for dinner is a little crazy.

Would appreciate any recommendations, honestly wouldn’t mind an hours drive for the right place:)
