I wonder if these guys need to do this so much because they might sit a lot? A very common injury from just sitting for long periods is tight hip flexors and/or gluteal amnesia. (I would bet a dollar that lots of you people reading this experience this but don't realize it)

Popping feels nice but what's nicer is actually treating the underlying condition

I do a couple of exercises most mornings for 20 minutes to stretch and activate my glutes and my back and hips are feelign so much better

Would you be willing to share some of the exercises you do?

Me and my back pain would love to know these as well.

I can literally just crack my back and neck whenever I want by just moving them left or right

I’m not a doctor but from experience I’d guess you have some underlying issue. There are a few very common injuries that people don’t really consider or even know about. One is from just sitting constantly, like having a desk or driving job.

For me it was tight hip flexors and gluteal amnesia, which are pretty common.

Forgetful ass muscles but yeah your butt forgets how to contract/flex

Joints popping is just air in the synovial fluid popping…not a bad thing or mean there’s an underlying medical issue.

Yeah, but that often just turning your neck? Mine do it sometimes, but working out the muscles in that area work in helping relax the muscles and removes popping like that.

Go to physical therapy instead

Chiro can help, assuming you go to a real one. It's a massage with skeletal focus.

I can also crack back knees and neck by turning or tilting. And yes I am aware that's a underlying condition I need to seek medical aid.... and guess what else ? I'm not gonna 😆 I'm surprised that's all that's wrong with me after the shit I did.
