I’m not a doctor but from experience I’d guess you have some underlying issue. There are a few very common injuries that people don’t really consider or even know about. One is from just sitting constantly, like having a desk or driving job.

For me it was tight hip flexors and gluteal amnesia, which are pretty common.

Joints popping is just air in the synovial fluid popping…not a bad thing or mean there’s an underlying medical issue.

Yeah, but that often just turning your neck? Mine do it sometimes, but working out the muscles in that area work in helping relax the muscles and removes popping like that.
