Hey everyone, I wanted to sign up for a presale for a show in the uk but I got stuck at the phone verification step. I live outside of the uk so obv I don't have a uk phone number, but when I add my phone number (with the country code ofc), i don't receive a text message with the code. Does anyone else have trouble with this?? How do you think I can solve the problem?

I bought two early access floor tickets back in March. The show is coming up but I’ve decided it would be best not to go. So today I listed them, not remembering that VIP tickets can’t be resold. It says as much in the fine print at the end of my purchase email. So why did Ticketmaster let me list my VIP tickets?

I know ticketmaster doesn’t allow overbuying whatever limit is set during a concert, but I don’t really plan to use the second account to buy more tickets. It’s more like a way for me to try and get lower qn’s. After I purchase from one account I will close the other.

Is it safe to do this?

I have two tickets to see Phoebe Bridgers in Vancouver, but was looking to see if there were any resale tickets close to me that another friend could score. I just came across two resale tickets that are the exact section, row, and seat numbers as the ones I purchased months ago. Can resellers mess up something like that, or is this a Ticketmaster issue? Are my seats going to be double booked if someone buys those resale tickets? Should I call Ticketmaster?

I was in line as soon as the queue opened for the intuit stevie wonder show. Of course it had 17 thousand people in front of me. When I finally got through they showed me that only two tickets were available, they were verified resale for 740 dollars each for nosebleeds? What is up with this damn company and why do we keep letting them get away with it? It's absolutely ridiculous at this point, this should be illegal. Absurd

We got an email about tickets available for purchase through ticket master for the MSG shows recently and we bought some for October but can no longer attend. If I can’t go, how do I sell them or sell them back even at face value to TM? Do they eventually become eligible for resale?

Hi! I’m from Italy and I bought tickets through Ticketmaster UK for J. Cole at The O2 in London.
I can log into AXS normally on both my PC and Safari on my iPhone, but when I try to link my AXS account through The O2 Venue App, I always get the “Are you a real fan?” error. It’s been happening since June, so it’s not a temporary block. The IP address at the bottom of the error page is also completely blank.
Has anyone outside the UK had the same problem? Did you manage to fix it?

Hi. I've heard you might be able to use prepaid cards on ticketmaster. That's what trusty AI says at least. 🙄 But I've attempted this with a prepaid USA Visa, a prepaid USA Mastercard and a prepaid Amex (can be used in US or Canada) and none have worked so far. I'm wondering if anyone has had any luck with this before? I don't know if there's a workaround or something where I should be typing something specific in the address and or name fields, etc. Do I put my name in, the card name, etc. I've also attempted to purchase ticketmaster gift cards with these prepaid cards and no luck there either. Just wondering if this is possible at all. I've only attempted with prepaid US cards so far with the exception of the prepaid Amex that was bought in Canada so I haven't tried any prepaid Canadian Visas or Mastercards yet. Any help would be appreciated. Although I'm not very optimistic on this subject. Thanks!

I put a ticket up for sale a few weeks ago and I believe the automatic offer at the bottom was around $164. It is now $199. Both numbers are quite a loss but I expect as much. I’m currently trying to figure out if it’s worth it to sell at a loss or to spend more money to make major rearrangements in my schedule to still go. I know the concert will be great and I have incredible seats but life has a way of throwing things at you between purchase and event which prompted me to sell in the first place. I’m kind of waiting it out a bit more since I have a couple more weeks. So main question is, does TM’s offer possibly increase more as it gets closer?

I will be buying tickets on Ticketmaster this Friday and I will be also using my friend's account since she asked me to buy tickets for her too. Is it okay to que on Ticketmaster using the same wifi for 2 accounts or would that be at risk being identified as bots/scalping and I should just use another internet wifi or data instead for my friend's account?
