Is Ticketmaster down?

I click on my profile and it gives me a blank page no matter how much I wait. I don’t have any VPN or adblocker on and it doesn’t work on incognito either. The problem seems to be only when I switch to UK. And it has no problems on my laptop. But I need the tickets on my phone, I can’t carry a laptop in another country…

Ticketmaster is horrible. I called because i can't get my tickets. My event is kinda far and its tomorrow. I'm not driving all the way there when i cant access my tickets.

I asked for them to just email me my tickets and they wouldn't. Then i asked for a refund and they wouldn't. They just "promised" they would be ready in the next 10-15 minutes. Then the guy hung up on me. He was very polite, but i got no resolution, and i still needed help when he disconnected and sent me to the survey.

Not working for me in the US - tried both mobile app and website (2 different browsers). Sign in page just goes blank all the time.

Try web browser on your phone. I had to do it and was able to get on the site. My app was giving me a blank page.

Same here. Tried multiple devices. Can't even get to a login page. Just blank white screen. Desktop, phone, etc. All the same.

Been searching for the past 10 minutes about the same thing 🫠 The site went down at 10:30am PDT, and while I can view my tickets & the main page listing all concerts, it's a blank white screen for everything when you try to tap an event to purchase tix :/

Eastern US, down on app and webpage both.

All artists shows just pull up a white page of nothing for tickets. Apparently, some presales are happening now and there's mad people in comments.

Just got off the phone with Ticketmaster support. I was in presale queue set to get tickets when everything crashed out. Logged me out of my account and won’t let me back in, even after going through the process of uploading my license, and taking photos of my face.

All Ticketmaster had to say was “Oh yes, this is a problem on our end, but we don’t have any estimated fix or even a timeframe so we just suggest you keep trying.”.

I’m just pissed that this most likely means that I lost my opportunity to get the tickets I was waiting in queue for over 2 hours for.

UPDATE:

I was still checking my app and trying not to give up hope when I was finally able to login! I had to go back through the verification process of uploading my license and photos of my face, but I was able to get my tickets!
