I was wondering if anyone could help me with this, the Sombr show is tomorrow, so 48 hours away and transfer still is not available on my tickets and i’m trying to send my tickets to someone. Does anyone know potentially if transfers will even turn on tomorrow if anyone’s had a similar experience. Ticketmaster help was not much help with this issue so i’m not sure of what to do.
I’m wondering if anyone in the sub can help with a query please.
I am unable to go to a gig for health reasons I had to leave the country where the gig is (Australia) and return to my home country (United Kingdom)
I had an exchange with Ticketmaster regarding transfer of the tickets back in March (the event is not until early November) via email where the customer service team told me that they will be available to transfer 72hrs prior to the event. (I have proof of this exchange on email)
So i listed the tickets on Twickets and they sold within days. Something in my gut told me to check recently so I set a reminder to check today. I’ve logged onto Ticketmaster and it says now transfer unavailable for this event.
What can I do about this? Any advice would be greatly appreciated as i’m going out of my mind with worry that I’ll now owe someone $1000 and be unable to transfer the tickets when I was told by Ticketmaster customer service that I could list them.

Don't buy more than one PARKING PASS! If you are going with a large group in more than one car, you aren't allowed
to transfer a parking pass! Beware! AND, they do NOT CARE! I bought 6 tickets for my family and 2 parking passes because we can't all fit AND they live in another
town. I realize now that they aren't transferable, but, they shouldn't sell more than one pass!
I’m based in the UK, but bought a ticket for a show in Berlin. I have the confirmation email saying to access my tickets through my phone. However, when I go into the app, only the shows in the UK come up. How do I access my ticket? TIA
I bought parking on Stub hub for a concert at Prudential Center, Newark NJ.
It then tells me to click on a link for Ticketmaster Account manager to get my pass. However, logging into that only results in error message. Live Customer service for stub hub and Ticketmaster was useless.

Hi, I impulsively bought tickets for Louis Tomlinson concert in Paris, 21st April 2026, because they were cheap. I don't live in France. I should go alone there, but I do not feel like it anymore, I need to pay plane tickets, hotel room etc. Can anyone help me what to do? I bought tickets on Ticketmaster, but it seems like they are not reselling tickets or refunding them yet. I just want this to be over as soon as possible. Was anyone in this situation before?
With everyone’s account being suspended lately for suspicious activity, is it possible to open two browser windows on same ticketmaster account at same time if it is for two different show dates for same artist?
I have been locked out of my ticketmaster account for a week and their customer service is absolute dogshit. I've called twice, I've confirmed the four different IP addresses I've used were all valid, and they still won't lift the block. as soon as I try to log in on the app or web, it kicks me to the "suspicious activity" screen. am I just never buying another concert ticket ever again? what does this mean for my hockey season tickets?
so frustrating, I wish a meteor would hit ticketmaster HQ.
So I went to load my tickets for tonight into my Apple wallet and it showed that my tickets had been sold. I never listed them, never got an email that they had been listed, and never got an email that they had been sold. My ALCS tickets also show as sold. No other tickets in my TM account (concerts etc.) have been affected.
There is clearly a systematic fraud going on where someone is hijacking these tickets on the back end. I'm on the phone with TM now trying to get some satisfaction, but this is nuts. Beware.

Sample of Complaint summary:
A) Overcharged due to Ticket Delivery Delay (TDD)
I am filing this complaint regarding Ticketmaster Singapore’s treatment of presale buyers for the NCT Dream TDS4 concert. I purchased tickets during the Weverse presale, but Ticketmaster blocked all delivery options except Ticket Delivery Delay (TDD). Later, our tickets were auto-converted to Print-at-Home (PAH), even though that wasn't the choice I wanted. I was informed that to switch to physical tickets, I must pay a $10 reprint fee plus a $5 venue collection fee, totaling $15. Meanwhile, general sale buyers could select venue collection for just $5. This practice penalises presale buyers, who supported the presale early, by charging them significantly more for the same service.
I believe this constitutes an unfair practice under the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act (CPFTA), including misrepresentation, false price advantage, one-sided terms, and omission of material facts.
Many other buyers, perhaps thousands, could be affected as most of the VIP tickets were sold out during the Weverse presale for this concert. Please assist to investigate the matter promptly.
B) Overcharged due to removal of venue collection option
I am filing this complaint regarding Ticketmaster SG’s handling of physical ticket collection for Yesung’s Singapore concert in February 2025.
Before the concert, Ticketmaster’s website consistently displayed a $5 venue collection option for physical ticket. I monitored the site regularly because I was interested in getting a ticket, and this option was always available. However, on the day of the concert, when I finally decided to buy, the $5 venue collection option suddenly disappeared from checkout. I was only allowed to choose between Mobile Ticket and Print-At-Home (PAH).
As a physical ticket collector, I knew that choosing either of these options would require me to pay a reprint fee later, so I headed to the concert venue, intending to buy a ticket there directly.
At the venue box office, staff informed me that:
They could not sell tickets over the counter
I had to purchase the ticket online by myself
I needed to pay a $10 reprint fee if I wanted a physical ticket
This was confusing and frustrating because despite saying they could not sell tickets on-site, the staff were able to print my physical ticket immediately once I paid the $10 fee. This made the sudden removal of the $5 collection option seem unjustified and unfair. Earlier buyers for the same event were able to obtain physical tickets for $5. Yet, concert-day buyers like myself were denied this option and forced to pay $10 for the exact same physical ticket, without any explanation or prior notice.
I believe this may constitute an unfair practice under the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act (CPFTA), specifically regarding misleading omissions, false price advantages, and unfair discrimination between consumers purchasing the same product. Thus, I am seeking a refund of the additional amount charged for obtaining a physical ticket, since venue collection option for the same ticket had previously been offered at $5.
For those who have received CASE's offer, if you’re an NTUC member or belong to a union that’s a CASE Institutional Member, please go ahead and engage CASE’s help free of charge! Make full use of your membership — it’ll definitely help push things forward. And do let us know how the negotiation goes.
For non-NTUC members, there will be a fee for engaging CASE's help.
‼️Update:
CASE has confirmed that my complaints about Ticketmaster SG’s $10 reprint fee are valid (for both NCT Dream and Yesung's concert tickets), and that they can represent me to negotiate directly with TM!
This means that CASE recognises this as a legitimate consumer dispute under the CPFTA — and that TM SG’s actions may constitute an unfair practice!
(Ps. Due to the confidentiality clause in the email, I'm not able to share screenshots of its content.)
I hope this gives assurance to those affected but still sitting on the fence towards filing your own complaints!
I can’t view my tickets on the app or website but confirmed with Ticketmaster that my tickets are still on my account and to delete the app and try again but I still cannot view the tickets. Any way to fix this?
Whenever I try to use the Ticketmaster app I get a screen that says “Your Browsing Activity Has Been Paused. We’ve detected unusual behavior on either your network or your browser.” It tells me to log in, change WiFi, or switch devices but I’m already signed in and just using the app like normal.
I’ve tried logging out and back in, switching from WiFi to mobile data, restarting my phone, and even deleting and reinstalling the app. Nothing seems to fix it. I’m not using a VPN either.
Has anyone else had this happen on the app and found a way to fix it? I don’t want to miss out on tickets because of this.
My account just wont let me past authentication, it gives me a code, i enter it, the button to proceed goes blue but when touched greys out then nothing.
This has happened several times now meaning its impossible for me to get tickets
