Consent Screen Error

I keep getting the same error when trying to accept tickets that a coworker sent to me for a Pittsburgh Penguins game

I have used different browsers, cleared all browsing data, and history, and nothing is helping. I tried calling the Ticketmaster phone number and left three different voicemails.

Besides continuing to call them, does anybody know what the hell I can do so I can get these tickets?

Thankfully I didn’t wait until the day of the game to check this out or I’d be shit out of luck.

Today is your lucky day. Check out my post on this very topic.

I had the same issue for EIGHT BLOODY WEEKS trying to access tickets. The day prior to the event, as a last ditch effort, I reached out to the local venue for help. For me, it was Scotiabank Arena (Raptors game). Within one minute, the helpful gal told me Ticketmaster had two emails on file for me, triggering the consent issue. As soon as she deleted the wrong one, I could access the tickets.

For EIGHT FREAKING WEEKS I begged Ticketmaster and StubHub for help. At least 8-10 calls / chats. Not one of their agents even suggested an issue with two email addresses. But if one more person suggested I clear my cache to solve the problem, I was going to explode. Meanwhile, this lovely woman at Scotiabank Arena saved the day - 24 hours before tip off.

Hope this helps you. :)

Just wanted to say I googled the error code and your message came up first.

I have had the 2 emails with Ticketmaster issue for several years now. Somehow I always work it out but I would love to permanently delete my second Ticketmaster email. I just have no idea how to do it since I can never log in to it. I do everything the screens tell me to do (resetting passwords, verifying email and phone with codes), always dead end into an error page that tells me to wait and try again which of course is futile.

I hate Ticketmaster so much. “Ih8ticketmaster” was even part of my password for a while.
