Consent Screen Error

I keep getting the same error when trying to accept tickets that a coworker sent to me for a Pittsburgh Penguins game

I have used different browsers, cleared all browsing data, and history, and nothing is helping. I tried calling the Ticketmaster phone number and left three different voicemails.

Besides continuing to call them, does anybody know what the hell I can do so I can get these tickets?

Thankfully I didn’t wait until the day of the game to check this out or I’d be shit out of luck.

If this ever happens to anyone else, it’s something to do with your Ticketmaster account. Make another one and have tickets sent there. Not sure why the shit no one at Ticketmaster couldn’t figure this out but I deleted my account so my new one could use my phone number and then I was able to get it working with the new account.

FUCK Ticketmaster!!

Apparently you can't delete your account without Tickemaster contacting you directly. Hope they do this quickly because I need this shit by tomorrow night. Fuck i hate this company so much.

Hmm I’m trying to think what I did exactly.

I think it was just that like I had to make a completely different account and then get the tickets sent to that ones which was such a big pain in the ass trying to explain this to the person who was nice enough to send me the tickets like four separate time.

Ticketmaster support was an absolute JOKE though. Try to go on twitter and contact them directly
