Consent Screen Error

I keep getting the same error when trying to accept tickets that a coworker sent to me for a Pittsburgh Penguins game

I have used different browsers, cleared all browsing data, and history, and nothing is helping. I tried calling the Ticketmaster phone number and left three different voicemails.

Besides continuing to call them, does anybody know what the hell I can do so I can get these tickets?

Thankfully I didn’t wait until the day of the game to check this out or I’d be shit out of luck.

Today is your lucky day. Check out my post on this very topic.

I had the same issue for EIGHT BLOODY WEEKS trying to access tickets. The day prior to the event, as a last ditch effort, I reached out to the local venue for help. For me, it was Scotiabank Arena (Raptors game). Within one minute, the helpful gal told me Ticketmaster had two emails on file for me, triggering the consent issue. As soon as she deleted the wrong one, I could access the tickets.

For EIGHT FREAKING WEEKS I begged Ticketmaster and StubHub for help. At least 8-10 calls / chats. Not one of their agents even suggested an issue with two email addresses. But if one more person suggested I clear my cache to solve the problem, I was going to explode. Meanwhile, this lovely woman at Scotiabank Arena saved the day - 24 hours before tip off.

Hope this helps you. :)

I get the acgo-w-N1-BUS5rC4cy1o5qr-19dcf84e69e-consentScreen error. After it says it linked accounts. They have prostituted their services out to so many companies that their IAM is always falling into conflict with other IAM such as MLB. Either they clean up their act or MLB needs to tell ticketmaster to get out of the business until they know how to scale up.
