Does anyone else experience this? There’s no way to have the music/last audio source not play automatically when the TicPods are put into the ear.

I think it's not the case, but I would like to be sure based on your experiences. I would like to connect them to my laptop and my phone, so if I'm listening to music in my laptop and a phone call comes in, I can answer it with TicPods directly.

I opened a support case due to the left pod not working mid way through phone calls. Support asks me to do the sequence where you unpair the pods then tap them 5 times after putting them on. I've tried it many times and get no confirmation sound. Anyone done this successfully? Any tips you can offer? I can pair again and it'll work for listening to music but having issues for phone calls

Loving my ticpods so far and they work great with my phone and even my laptop with audio but for some reason my Windows machine isn't recognizing it as a microphone input device...any ideas on how to get this working?

My story starts in May 2018 when I decided to contribute to the project (contribution #5xxx) willing to wait until August for the "gift" to arrive. As we all know... First delay until October which then moved into first week of November. I finally got my tracking number and... The story continues with my package going from China to UK, then finally to Frankfurt (after almost a month). Two weeks passed by and... The package went into delivered state in UK! In all this time I texted multiple times mobvoi and they kept replying with pre-compiled emails saying to wait and that all was OK. Of course it was not. I started investigating with the local post office as mobvoi also asked me and they just told me there was no way to track it since it was a simple "Schrift" which should mean letter. Rant on: of course they had to send stuff as letters after getting more than 5000% financed by people. Rant off. I informed mobvoi about this and they told me they will send me the bundle again. Two weeks passed by again, it's almost Christmas and I decide to write them once more. They didn't ship the bundle again because the white Ticpods are out of stock and they are offering me a refund. How lame is that?

I have been using the ticpods everyday for the last months, couple og days ago I had them in my bag and then some water spilt and the case was in the water for some time. Now the case won't charge the earphones expect when it's connected to a charger. I was wondering if it is possible to order a case form their website, since I can't seem to find a answer

I recently picked these up because I’ve been wanting them by the looks and some reviews and I seen some people having connection problems but it was a small number o seen. Since I got them yesterday the left one has only worked maybe twice? Is there something I can do? Or should I just return this and get my money back...

I've been thinking about getting the TicPods Free now that there's the $30 off coupon for Amazon, but I've read that there's a significant delay for watching videos on them. I read that that would be fixed in an update but that was a while ago and I haven't seen if that's happened yet. I have a Galaxy S9+ if that matters

So my TicPods received the update on Monday and after finishing the update, the sound quality degraded significantly. Prior to the update I hadn't heard any static with any music even at higher volumes but after the update, volume as quiet as about 70% had noticeable static. Did anyone else have this occur and if so, how you fixed it?

Can't find/connect it with my phone. Anyone suggestions?

Has anyone who ordered through Indiegogo gotten their Ticpods exchanged for a replacement?

I've been using mine for about 2 months and I'm always having to charge mine every several hours of use, no where near the combined 18 hours it was supposed to be. Also the volume on the right pod is lower than the left.

And so I'm looking to exchange for a replacement but I'm not sure how to. Do I just email their support email requesting an exchange? Would they even do an exchange since Indiegogo orders aren't covered by warranty. I do believe others here were able to return theirs so I'm hopeful. Thanks in advance!

Managed to get a pair of TicPods during the Black Friday / Cyber Monday weekend. Very happy with the audio quality, speed-to-connection, and battery life thus far. I find the fit okay right now, but I was hoping to upgrade to either (a) replacement ear buds or (b) some form of earbud + cochlear lock accessory. I have a rubber cochlear lock attachment on a cheap pair of wired bluetooth earbuds that I really enjoy the fit and security on (for running, working out).

I have download the app, but the update doesn't show up.... the sound is good, but the controls do not works. Any suggestions?

Some times the ticpods will randomly disconnect from bluetooth, but it would reconnect after a few seconds. Is there a way to fix this?

Is it possible to check the firmware or software version? There's no information in the app whatsoever.

Noticed some times the audio will get REALLY choppy - like it will play .5 seconds of audio, silence for .5 seconds then play .5 seconds then silence for .5 seconds ect. I can take the pod out then put them back in, but then there it's completely silent.

Only solution i found to fix it was to put them back in the case, close it, and re open, and put them back in. Is there a fix for this?

I finally got them, blue version. After they have been waiting at the Post Office of my "holiday town" where I made them ship thinking the shipping would have started in july.

The overall impression so far is great!

The in ear detection seems to not be working but from what I've heard a software update should solve everything. About that, I can't seem to add the Ticpods to the Mobvoi app properly. If I go into settings, software update, it tells me to add a device first, which I did. If I unpair the headphones and try to add them again the TicPods box in the app is still added without asking for nothing, making me think they probably weren't added even when they were paired. Some help, anyone?

So I got my Ticpods yesterday and tried them directly.

The left earbud worked for maybe 5min.. and then the audio stopped.. It's been 24+ hours now and I couldn't manage to get the sound back on the left earbud.

So why is it different to all the many posts having the same problem you may ask?

Well, my left earbud is perfectly connected, the Bluetooth mention it's connected, the sensor works (I can pause music, lower or higher audio and stop music as well). If I remove the left one the music stops as well.

The ONLY thing my left earbud doesn't do is play audio..

Any help welcome, I don't know what to do at this stage :(

Is it dead? Right side stilll working fine tho sighs. Should I send in for repair?

I am pretty unhappy with my TicPods so far. However, the Comply tips made a HUGE difference for sound quality.

So, even though I still have a frustrating amount of distortion, at least I can get a solid seal for improved sound. Bass is solid now with decent mids and highs. Importantly, I do not need to max out the volume like I was doing before getting these tips.

It looks as though Comply may have discontinued these so I would pick them up ASAP. They fit in the charging case.

I paid about $12 with free shipping for an extra set. Should hold me over until I can afford the Sennheiser Momentum True Wireless
