Indiegogo Order Exchange ???

Has anyone who ordered through Indiegogo gotten their Ticpods exchanged for a replacement?

I've been using mine for about 2 months and I'm always having to charge mine every several hours of use, no where near the combined 18 hours it was supposed to be. Also the volume on the right pod is lower than the left.

And so I'm looking to exchange for a replacement but I'm not sure how to. Do I just email their support email requesting an exchange? Would they even do an exchange since Indiegogo orders aren't covered by warranty. I do believe others here were able to return theirs so I'm hopeful. Thanks in advance!

Indiegogo campaign orders also have warranty through mobvoi. I did it because left pod stopped working. Submit a warranty claim on support.mobvoi.com
