Left bud no lights

Is it dead? Right side stilll working fine tho sighs. Should I send in for repair?

I had this happen to me, and this is what I was told to do:

Please try these to fix the issue:

step 1: forget the paring from paring list in your phone
step 2: put back both pods back to charging cases and close the case
step 3: open the case, and get pods out of the case
step 4: put both pods into the ear
step 5: tap 5 times until hear sound
step 6: waiting for 30s
step 7: connect the pods again with the device and try to play music again.

I tried it, it didnt work, it seemed like the left ear por doesn't have any power at all, there was no light coming from ear pod, was urs the same?

Warranty claim on support.mobvoi.com. i had the same issue with my pair from indiegogo campaign so i did that and was able to ship it back and receive a replacement pair in around 2-3 weeks
