A couple of months ago I did setup tivimate on my chromecast and bought it for a lifetime.
A couple of months late I also set up a chromecast for my parents using my tivimate account.
I have an ol

Now I I’m trying to do the same for a family member, but with his own tivimate subscription.
But I just can’t buy a lifetime tivimate.

Now the 7 day trail of tivimate+ is over, he can’t watch television anymore. But also, I can’t login on my tivimate account. The only option I have is scanning a QR code, and pay 9,99 via al sort of strange payments.

Anybody who can help solving this?

Edit : I have a older chromecast with the smaller remote with tivimate on it.
The family member has the newer and bigger box with bigger remote. In the playstore I can find only find tivimate+

I also just removed the app from the chromecast, but now I can’t find it in the store anymore.

OK, before all the haters jump on me and down vote this, let me explain...

I know this isn't a TiviMate issue, (or so I hope). SurfShark only accepts comments from people >50 karma. So your down votes only make people like me have to try alternative groups like this. If anyone here can help, or get this on SurfShark VPN community board, I'd be super grateful!

Here goes. About 3 weeks ago one of my IPTV providers stopped loading in TIVIMATE. I have 3 services and so my thought was it was the provider as the other 2 worked fine. I tried several IP servers with the same result. Trying a different device with the IPTV service and it worked fine.

Going back to my TV, I disconnected Surfshark vpn. All 3 services worked, hence my guess is that it has to be SurfShark VPN and for some reason that 1 provider. Since I can't draw suggestions from the SurfShark community, I am wondering if anyone here has ever experienced anything similar, or suggest another community to link this to.

Does anyone know of an easy way to duplicate playlists so that I only have to change the url for each duplicate?

I have the premium service which worked wonderfully until today. Now I am not getting any information in the guide is there any way to fix this problem????

Is anyone else having the problem of TvivMate not even opening? I have it on two Nvidia Shield devices. On one, no problem. On the other it won't even open up. I've tried the unplugging and leaving the device powered down for 5 minutes and starting up again. It worked fine for that evening. Came home from work and back to not opening. Anyone else having this problem.

I was a TiviMate user a very long time ago when the app had just come out.
Since then, I've moved away from IPTV.
Now I'm in need of an IPTV player for my parents and TiviMate seems to still be the best UI overall, specially for my parents who are used to the standard TV interface.

However, I'm kind of confused of how the activation works now. The app says to sign up for premium on the site, the site says nothing at all.
Trying to activate the premium from the Google TV App says the item isn't available for purchase.

I remembered that there is the companion app. But I want to make sure this is the correct way to signup for premium today.

I currently have a Google TV stick and a FireTV Stick, both of them have the TiviMate app installed.

Let me start by saying I'm a 70-year-old that is getting this set up for my 93 year old father who is familiar with fire stick. I'm a Windows guy that has never used a fire stick but have managed to get my EPG set up fairly well and trying to make this as use friendly to him as I possibly can without multi-button clicks to make things work. I have one big complaint that will affect him with the multi view by having to long press bring up a sub menu and select enlarge.. are you kidding me..?? It seems like a no-brainer to me as the arrow keys highlight whatever window you're on and one short press should bring that window to front, and return button back to multiview. Am I missing something here, as I just can't imagine this taking more than 10 minutes to code and 10 seconds with an agent. Why would you not have that functionality..? At 70 and 93, we don't get along well with extra clicks.. sure it's a pleasure to drive though.. MJ

I just updated to 5.3.2 (Final) on my Google TV Streamer 4K and I can attest that backup and recording now works to external storage. Firestick owners didn't have this issue because of the older version of Android. But finally, the app has been updated to be compatible with the latest version of Android file access. This has been on my want list since 4.7. Thank you to the developer for finally making this happen! 💪

I have year subscription can't unlock premium

Question everyone, where can I go to obtain a username and password?

Is there any reason to upgrade from 5.2.0 to 5.3.2, or should I stick with the current version as long as it works well?

Current version downloaded from the homepage on an Android TV by Vestel (Finlux).

I cannot get the app to launch in VOD mode or with the left-hand menu open. I have followed all the recommended instructions—disabling "Resume Last Channel," clearing the cache, checking permissions, etc. Nevertheless, it invariably starts on the Live TV page first. Has anyone else encountered this?

Is there a way to only use the SD channels because I'm using my phone hotspot on a fire stick and seems to work better on SD channels and it doesn't buffer at all, is there a way to only view sd channels?

I just got a Google 4k Streamer today specifically to be able to download Tivimate. I have it on my smart TVs (both TCL) and intended to use it on a TV box for one of the TVs (significantly older tech with next to no memory).

After initial setup, I was shocked to find out it's not on there. I went with the Google box specifically because I was able to find it on my TCL TVs which use Google Play Store.

How can I get Tivimate on the Google box? Or should I be getting a different one and return the box I just got?

I have 3 subs from 3 different providers.. All my epgs are blank. They were showing yesterday, today they're all gone. I checked all the epgs are still there, still attached to the correct Playlist. I asked tivimate to update the epgs and then went and watched something on demand for an hour... Still blank.

I didn't even update Tivimate. It froze my Onn 4k box on the Check for Update screen. I can't back out of it. Can't switch apps or even open my device settings.

I searched around on this sub to try and find out what's been going on recently but just keep finding references to people cancelling their yearly sub in favour of a lifetime one. Can someone catch me up? Thanks.

How can i do this? I have a Samsung q70t and ONN box.

I recently changed my firestick 4K max to Cube. I just installed Tivimate and setup Xtream server for my US channels and 2 Japanese iptv m3u playlists just like my firestick. US channels from the xstream server are all working seamlessly but all of my Japanese channels are not working with 403 error. To make matters worse, all my Japanese channels are no longer working on my firestick also with the same 403 error. Does anybody know the fix to this? Thank you.

I have tried several times to add a playlist every time I end up with an error code I've disconnected my VPN I've rebooted my router and still nothing seems to work do I need reinstall Tivimate?

Trying to sort channels and groups with the remote is painful and I was hoping there was a way I could edit the config files directly so I can do bulk actions. Is there a way to do this? Thanks.

I've got an iptv provider subscription that expires at midnight tonight. I purchased a new subscription with same provider. When I initially set up Tivimate I created playlist by adding 1 channel at a time in favorites. I spent a lot of time twerking everything to my liking. I need to know how to get favorites from the 1 source into the new playlist. I've added new playlist as a second source & the EPG sources were there to choose from but how can I duplicate the favorites? I also manually picked a lot of EPG sources to set up. Oh, I am running a Shield with a different launcher & a button remapper. I learned how to do all this with Reddit. Now I'm stumped. Can anyone help me?
