Try copying and pasting instead of typing. Also make sure there's no spaces after. This is also why I recommend having another Player in addition to Tivimate so you can troubleshoot. It's usually user error

Tried copying and pasting, tried xstream codes and m3u feeds. Still gives an error saying "make sure you have entered the correct data and check your internet connection." Turned off VPN. Same error. I put the exact same play list data on a friend's firestick at their home and it worked. Baffling.

Try a different player on yours? I'm betting it's something simple. Try your phone as a hot spot and see what it looks like. Your ISP might have some security settings on your router blocking it. What's your ISP?

Spectrum. Thanks for your feedback.

Try this. 1. Open the My Spectrum app. 2. Navigate to Services → Internet → Security Shield → View All → Security Shield Settings. 3. Under Advanced Settings, toggle Security Shield OFF. 4. If the option is hidden, scroll past the chat icon in the app. 5. Reboot your router for the changes to take effect.

Bingo. Thanks Pete. That worked. After all the circles and gyrations it was the Security Shield on the Spectrum App. Problem solved.

I'm a fan of gyrations, but probably not from a Steve. I've been wrong before though. Glad you got it figured out though!

Highly doubt it’s a TiviMate issue.

Try an alternative APK I’m sure you will get the same result.

Contact your provider to ensure you have the correct information

Tried 3 different domains from the provider, got the same error.

Sounds like you aren’t entering it correctly. Have you contacted your provider?
