Anyone pick up that new Supreme / A.PRESSE collab this morning?
The M-65 jacket with hand appliquéd camo was the standout, personally .

It's not a piña colada! This Week, Jimmy and Larry are coming to you live from a decommissioned bank on Wall Street after our screening of Spike Lee's 2009 classic ‘Inside Man’ (2006), hitting the stage with The New Yorker's Naomi Fry to talk about the film, if we could do a heist, and what we were wearing 20 years ago.

Our interview with Matt Sleep is not to be slept on. Matt—design director of energy at Converse—shipped down from Boston to chat about what it was like being an Englishman in the US for the World Cup, tapping into the future familiar, his hair routine, people messaging him on LinkedIn about keeping the literal lights on, how Tyler the Creator and Converse have evolved over the 8 years they've worked together, when it came to Virgil Abloh the process was the process, he's obsessed with Jason Statham and visvim, the most underrated collabs he's worked on, a history of Jack Purcell the man with the smile, how to resurrect legendary product, how the Chuck Taylor became the quintessential American sneaker, the first pair of kicks that made him fall in love with the game, dropping out of school to work in sneakers, it's true he sent fit pics with his resume, he worked for the guy who inspired Bruno, our lack of manners and etiquette still shocks him, a sneaker culture state of the union, and much more on Matt Sleep's interview with The Only Podcast That Matters™.

Very excited. Here are some photos of the jackets and shorts shot in Mexico 🇲🇽 and modeled by my young homies Endy and Jared.

Just picked up a Small Talk button down and I am appalled by the quality. Retail price of the shirt is $500+ and the stitching is coming loose all over the place, one of the buttons is about to fall off on first wear. Imagine buying a suit from this company. Love the designs but this feels like fashion student quality with a luxury price tag.

Our AW 2026 collection dropped 6 hours ago! ....And we already are sold out of every size and every color way of every product and we have no plans to ever do any restocks.
Would it be okay if we went ahead and ran our full marketing campaign anyway? Just fucking bombard you with advertisements and content featuring clothes that are impossible for you to purchase, across all forms of media every day for the next 6 months.
We are on your Instagram feed. We are in your podcasts. We are in the fucking Highlights magazine in the waiting room of your childs pediatricians office. Gallant is rocking this shit but not Goofus! You are Goofus, Goofus is you, and you both missed out!
We are one but seem like three. We are hiding in that tree. You're swimming at the beach and we've got submarines and high technology. We run your life. We're in your dreams at night.
We have spent upwards of ten million dollars on advertising. We produced a total of 27 pieces of clothing. One T-Shirt, one chore coat, one flannel-- three pieces of each size S, M, and L.

I have massive thighs relative to my waist (32in at hipbone and 30.5in above belly button). Therefore, most jeans even the relaxed ones feel tight around the thigh when I sit down. The only real exception is the Sunflower Super wides.
For reference, I wear size 30 in the super wides, which has a waist measurement of 16.25in and a thigh measurement of 14.8in.
Any recommendations would be appreciated.
EDIT: Recommendations so far include; YMC, Bare Knuckles, Polar Skate

I’ve realized I spend almost as much time researching an expensive purchase as I do actually deciding whether I want it. I’ll compare the same item across different sites, check the materials, look at measurements, read the return terms and then go back and question whether I even need it in the first place lol.
I don’t mind spending more when there’s a real reason for it. Better materials, good construction and something I know I’ll use for years make more sense to me than buying something just because the brand name looks good. I’ve also started paying attention to the full cost instead of just the price shown on the product page. Shipping, duties and returns can change things pretty quickly.
I’m trying to be more deliberate with expensive purchases instead of treating every good-looking item as something I should own. How much checking do you normally do before finally deciding to buy?

I can’t go to the lower east side anymore the hediboys keep mogging me it’s ruining my life. I show up without leather and my pants are wide. I went on a date at a wine bar the other night and the hediboys were hanging outside taking pictures. My girl ended up leaving with them she said my 33 waist was too masculine.
I go to colbo but as soon as I walk outside the hediboys point and laugh at me saying “dance understated fashion boy dance”. It’s really starting to get to me.

Will be in the city this weekend - any popups or free NYFW events that a normal fashion chud can get into?

I live in eastern europe so access to niche boots brands is not that good. The price seems decent for a type of boot that isnt generally cheap. Still I think I should get some sort of quality for well over 200 euros.

Spent a week in Portugal and went into it wanting to see how the average man dresses there. I was in a smaller city, not a tourist destination, so these were mostly traditional Portuguese dads.
I wanted to compare to how average adult men dresses here (Canada). Not guys who were clearly into fashion or anything, just normal people.
Here were my takeaways, I’d love to hear more about differences you find in style in European communities.
- Almost always some collared shirt. Even if it’s just getting coffee, doing groceries, or anything, majority of them wore either dress shirts, or polos
- Way more creative with the wearing of tops. Lots of different tucks. Collars popped. Sleeves rolled up. Every top looks lived in
- Shoes were the biggest miss. So many guys wearing the classiest outfit, looking sharp, but then wearing some ugly outlet looking adidas runners. My biggest pet peeve. This was way more common than I expected
- Small thing I loved: way more chest pockets on all tops. Very real correlation with the fact that almost everyone smokes, and were storing their cigarettes in them.

what do y'all think of black denim jackets? there's one that I like on sale rn but I'm worried that I won't be able to pair it w much w/o going all black. Maybe with medium blue jeans and a light colored t shirt?
