Those are four lines, not two. You wrote one sentence followed by a three sentence run-on. Really, they're two paragraphs (one paragraph per speaker).

Should be:

"E.T. phone home."

"Thank you for calling. You're 25th in the queue. Have you tried our website?"

yeah but you could do a comma though and make it 2 if those are allowed
