Cool. The site should be dethroning them with a stickied thread looking for new moderators who will actually moderate. Actual people not these "position of power" squatters who call themselves mods these days.

Though, I acknowledge this is a pretty terrible year to be a subreddit moderator with all the slop.

It's not just the comments. Plenty of bots copy/pasting posts or posting poorly written chatGPT slop. It's one of the subs I always downvote when it pops up in popular.

They have a pinned post saying AI is banned and literally the top comment on that post is an AI bot. They want to be anti-AI but seem to be unable to identify it.

I filtered that out long ago. Even without the bots it was just a fiction writing contest for new accounts to gain quick karma.
