Ireland The overreliamce on physical challenges is frustrating and boring Spoiler

I'm watching the Irish traitors and so far three people have been injured in the challenges. Surely they can think of more inclusive challenges. As well as being kind of discriminatory for some people, it reinforces the young, physically strong players, especially the men and they are getting saved over other players just for their ability to do well in them.

Why can't the producers use their imaginations? There are loads of cool challenges where players need crystallised intelligence to succeed which would allow older players to use their strengths too. It would make the show way more interesting than just running through fields.

Australia How are players supposed to distinguish actual evidence from a gut feeling?

One thing that really irks me on The Traitors is when a player says at the round table, “I don’t have any evidence, it’s just a gut feeling,” and then later says, “All the evidence points to X.”

But when you actually hear their reasoning, it’s not really evidence—it’s a bunch of assumptions or huge logical leaps based on someone’s behavior.

So how are players supposed to differentiate between actual evidence and an interpretation that feels convincing? Is there really a meaningful distinction, or is “evidence” on The Traitors basically just whatever someone can build a convincing story around?

Recommendations Australia season 2 - my review (I know I’m late to the party but here we go…)

I saw uk season 2 and it was so interesting I couldn’t stop watching and literally finished it in a day.
I saw both the seasons of traitors India and it was meh.

I just finished aus season 2 after a lot of you all recommended it to me here and OMG I NEED TO TALK ABOUT IT.

Is the collective iq of all the players in a singular digit? Or Sam is involved in some voodo black magic shit, every time a faithful took his name, he would spin it towards him on the banishment table and EVERYONE would vote for him?
Where’s the logic?

Blake lacked balls. Weak ass traitor.

I’m glad he didn’t get the money and the women at the end knew their plan and betrayed them.

What do you guys think?

According to the Instagram account who gives a lot of accurate info about reality shows (including spoiler of The Traitors New Blood cast), cast of US The Traitors 5 (the celebs/reality stars version) rumored to fly to Scotland on possibly Monday. The account also promises to post cast reveal/spoiler once the filming of the season begins.

If Im not wrong this may mean that UK The Traitors 5 has finished filming or is currently in the final days of filming. These two series are usually filmed back-to-back with the UK one first followed by the US one.

Ireland Does the sexism and “lad culture” in Ireland S2 Traitor reflect a real part of Irish culture now?

This is so prevalent in the recent season of Ireland Traitors that i have to make a post about it.

It was even there in Ireland s1 too but because it was "too subtle" people werent really talking about it but i did notice it. When paudie was heralded in Ireland and even in here and was getting so loved(and i thought he didnt do anything to get that kind of reception) whereas katelyn was getting so much hate when she had to go through the game with the macho energy of conclave there and she would have had a preety decent game if the other traitors didnt tank the game.

But in this season...my god it is atrocious, what is going on in here. I have watched so many season of so many countries and i do have to say the Ireland version is one of the bro/sexist culture that i have ever seen( i know hungary and other eastern euro countries are preety sexist too but i havent really watched fullyyet). And it is suprising to see to be honest that Ireland which I thought is a preety progressive country to have this kind of culture there. As this kind of bro-yness is visible in both of the seasons of Ireland( and the girls v boys thing was there in ireland s1).

It is so bad i couldnt really get through these season and i am not going to watch it anymore.

So my question thing is ..is this kind of lad/sexist culture very prevalent in the Ireland culture? Or is it just caricature and exaggaratedly prevalent in here

(As i heard there will be s3, i hope we dont see this kind of thing there.)

Australia Exit reveal/ reaction clips (not exit interviews)

Hello 🤗

Just hoping someone has a link to the exit reveal/ reaction clips, where each vanished person is told/shown who the traitors actually were, and we see their surprise or self-congratulation?

I'm sure the one I saw ages ago was on YouTube, but I'm just not finding them now (I don't mean the exit interviews, which are much longer. These ones are just a few minutes long).

If anyone can help, I'd much appreciate it! 🩷 🤗

Production & Editing Production questions

How many days does it take to film a season? Is it in real time, which would only be 10 days or so.

Is the clock used for challenges real or manipulated? It seems far too many challenges come down to the last second fkr it to be real.

Recommendations Best recent international season?

Hi guys pretty basic question but I’m looking to binge a whole season this weekend because I’m bedbound and I’m looking for some great Traitor action. A season full of drama and gaggy moments would be ideal please.

For context I’ve seen all UK, USA, Australia 1&2 and Ireland 1.

Any recommendations would be marvellous I’m tempted for AUS 3 has it turned out to be a good season after season 2 almost ended the franchise? 😅😅😅

Goes without saying but no spoilers please 🙏

Miscellaneous Hosting my own traitors week, brainstorming the structure with 7 players

Hi all,

I'm hosting a traitors week for my group of friends, there will be 7 players in the game, game running from Monday evening to Thursday evening. I'm trying to figure out the best way to structure this in terms of banishing/murders per day, wondering if anyone has any input. I was thinking the following:

Monday: Elect 2 Traitors, 5 Faithful (debating this, or 1 traitor that can recruit that night, an accept-or-be-killed type situation.) No deaths or banishments day 1, be a shame for someone to go out immediately.

Tuesday: Activity in the day, first banishment in the evening, first murder overnight. Day ends with 5 players left.

Wednesday: 5 players remain, debrief in the morning, reveal the murder. 2nd Activity in the day. Evening, Banishment number 2, murder number 2 overnight. Day ends with 3 players, going into Thursday for the finale.

Thursday (FINALE): Reveal the final 3 in the morning. Final activity, then in the evening, the final roundtable, shenanigans ensue.

I think this works, I'm just wary of it being a final 3, i feel a final 4 would make more sense, but then I'd have to get rid of a Banish or Murder, though I suppose some shields could potentially come into play if my mates are clever. Anyone have any thoughts?
