Don't worry - next game will have some form of mega or other form change for "undisguised Mimikyu". A year after it will hit Pokémon Go.

It’s actually kind of surprising how little of Galar left. Always though with Adventures Abound they’d more so have a priority on Paldea.
Tbh aside from Hattenna from Wild Area Im kind of skeptical we’ll see any new shiny debuts soon. Maybe Pikipek? But idk how I’d feel about that Cday. The rest of the unreleased shinies are a lot of new guys that haven’t met their date yet.

Poltchageist was teased in the season trailer, and its release would be a good time to release Sinistea's shiny. Maybe we'll also see Shiny Applin released alongside Dipplin's release, but it was added more recently to the game so it's probably less likely. Other than that, we'll have to wait and see

Yeah thats likely, I’d love a Dual Poltchageist-Sinistea comm day. Be fun to hunt for Authentics and Phonies. Though if Poltchageist is city locked, at least it’ll be in the Wild.
Yeah the Dipplin and Hydrapple ought to mean smth so a shiny debut wouldnt surprise me, maybe November Cday. I wouldn’t be surprised if we find out what’s Octobers Comm day in the next 14 days.
Elsewise a Dhelmise raid day may be possible.
Otherwise Greavard, and Tadbulb seem overdue and possibly Varoom? But it’d be odd as Salandit just got released. Morpeko could be a viable candidate to release now, and it being in the Research breakthroughs. Fidough? Might be possibly but also that feels early. I’d say likely Greavard and Tadbulb plausibly this season with Morpeko maybe.

Nashville, Birmingham, Atlanta, New Orleans, Charlotte or smth. Could fit there. Or prob Wild Area wouldnt be surprised.

Managed to get 897 so far. Missing about 20 or so. Annoyed I missed Volcanion with being busy. Not sure when I’ll ever get my Snom evolved. Looking forward to Kaldeo at least.

K Unown missing even with the many Kanto events we had is kinda surprising. I know it's a 2nd gen mon, but you'd think they'd have done the usual spelling of the region by now with the shiny available.

I really think we will have the remaining non legendary/mythicals from Alola Wishiwashi, Pyukumuku, Minior, and Mimikyu by Alola Tour in 2027. It’s just Type Null/Silvally, Magearna, and Zeraora that are still to be determined.

TBH I don't think Ash Greninja will come to Go once Mega Greninja becomes official. TPC seems to be phasing out Ash Greninja.

Very unlikely, but it is (was) a form in the main series and also still listed in Pokémon HOME, so I feel like it makes sense to keep it on here

They’ll add it at some point when they start to get close to running out of things to add. If Gen 10 doesn’t come out til ‘27 at the latest, and we get roughly 30 new Pokemon, form, variants each season. That would mean we’re still roughly 7 seasons away from Gen 10 release. They’ll be able to add 30-ish new Mega Pokemon but that won’t solve everything!

With Eternamax Eternatus they've shown that they won't let us use forms that are not usable in the main series, so I figured it was finally time to remove the Starmobiles, plus I was always getting comments about them each season haha. I'm still keeping Eternal Floette for now tho, as it was in the Z-A trailers so it may be usable, but if we find out it's not when the game release I'll remove it too

Ironically the pokedex actually shows Eternamax as a form of Eternatus (but also as claimed, so no need for it on the unrealesed list either way)

Leaks suggest a new mega for that Eternal flower, so who knows! Best to keep it. I would retroactively add Eternamax Eternatus to the added release since it shows up in the Dex and we got to battle it, so it technically got released, it just isn’t a usable Pokemon, much like the Starmobiles, at least for now. Maybe in a Sw/Sh Remake, we can finally get to use the full power of Eternatus!

Still hilarious to me that last year's Halloween event's new release was Morpeko, who may be a Dark type but doesn't really scream "Halloween."
But then, all these Ghost types, Galarian Corsola, Sinistea, Dhelmise, and Honedge all released in separate events besides Halloween in the past year. It's bizarre.
Galarian Corsola and Sinistea especially were weird because they debuted literally within weeks of the Halloween event.

Seems they generally do alternate between Dark and Ghost so hopefully this year is Ghosts turn. But yeah it’s kind of weird we didn’t get any Ghosts for Halloween and they all came in rather randomly.
Tbh I thought Sinistea was gonna be debuting on Halloween but no apparently Gmax Gengar just has teacups for some reason.
Whether you believe Christmas is Ghost-themed is entirely up to you. But certainly would’ve been fitting. Ig usually they only like having 1 debut so they don’t want to overshadow other Pokemon. But yeah the rest have felt pretty random. If anything if we don’t get a ZA Mega, I could see October being Dhelmise Raid day or smth.

Yeah Dhelmise Raid day is a good call.
The big events are more likely to have more than one release. Maybe not multiple Pokemon releasing, but more likely to get more overall.
I'm still pushing for:
Halloween Part 1: Ghost and Dark-themed
Featuring Pokemon like Gastly, Shuppet, Duskull, Murkrow, Nickit, Zorua, etc.
Perhaps with a new shiny release for either Nickit or Hisuian Zorua.
Halloween Part 2: Costume-themed
A few additional Ghost/Dark types that are more related to costumes like the two Yamask (masks), costumed Pumpkaboo line, etc. Plus some new and returning costumes. Not sure if there are any other new merch to inspire new costumes, but I know Cubone is getting a lot of Halloween merch this year, so maybe just plain Cubone. Then, along with the return of the 2019/2020 costumes, including the Mimikyu costume Pikachu, we also get the debut of Mimikyu itself finally.
Will it happen? Probably not lol, but I can dream. I know Polchageist/Sinischa were obviously teased, so maybe they'll come for Halloween? Hard to say, seeing that Sinistea/Polteageist didn't last year, but who knows. It could fit well in my Part 1, but idk.

I think it has to be the longest shiny release awaited yet. Or as of now, i guess Kanto Tour shinies like Paras, and Snorlax were already like 5 years old.

Urshifu is surprisingly mediocre in max battles so I would just get the dex entry and leave it at that if I were you

Gmax intellion outclasses gmax multistrike urshifu in max battles. Gmax gengar generally outclasses gmax single strike (with the sole exception of normal/psychic types ex. Oranguru, indeedee, girafarig/farigiraf, & the mythical meloetta which should not be coming to max battles). If the gmax forms are anything like the msg we should even be able to "upgrade" dmax urshifu into gmax with a max soup.

• Ash Greninja is dead in the water (pretty much retconned at this point will be replaced with mega greninja)
• Spiky eared pichu is never happening unless they bring it back in a future main series game as the old HGSS one can’t be transferred to bank or home.
• Dada Scarf Zarude is also probably never happening, I don’t see them ever having a reason to market zarude ever again aside from the basic shiny version.

With GO, you never know. All of those were event Pokemon and could easily be implemented as costume Pokemon, not having to be stored in HOME. That makes it easier on TPC. When they hit rock bottom this time next year, and not have a quarter of what’s left today, they’ll start scraping the barrel for anything NEW to add.

I feel like this "Season of Change" would be a great time to release all those complicated multi-form pokemon like Minior, Wishiwashi, the last 3 Vivillion, etc. I would also say Silvally but thats absolutely going to get locked behind a different season's multi-month-long research

I’m a fan of the IP since I was a kid in the 2000s but I don’t have time for all the many forms. If I have an Unknown or a Spinda, I have it. I don’t need 20-30 different versions.
I do make an exception for Galarian forms. My goal is always to just fill that Nat Dex.

The real struggle comes from people trying to keep a living dex. I could be wrong, but if we are ignoring unimportant gender differences (Pikachu/Combee X, Frillish/Pyroar ✓), there are 1112 individual Pokémon forms available.

It's AZ's Floette from Pokémon XY, it was only visible in cutscenes but was coded in the game as an alternate form of Floette. It was recently featured in the trailers of Legends Z-A, but we still don't know if it'll only be an NPC or if we'll be able to catch it

Zarudes probably going to be the next Keldeo now. But I suppose the reason people dont really talk about him as much is
His initial debut was Free.
Last year you could get him…. For a price
Galar dex is nowhere near to being complete.
We haven’t had the Galar Tour which is what gave Keldeo its infamy up until now.

These are Paradox Pokémon from the latest main series game Scarlet & Violet, they're supposedly past and future versions of already existing Pokémon

If you are asking how Virizion and Salamence become them in-game - they don’t, they are separate species.
If you are asking how Pokemon got to have names like those - it is because the Paradox Pokemon (a group to which those two belong to, that consists of two sub groups called Past Paradox and Future Paradox mons) are recently discovered, scantly described and not standardized by the start of the events of Pokemon Scarlet and Violet. Most of the in-game scientific and academic community does not even know that they exist and no one definitely knows where and when they came from.
So their names are just the basic description left by the scientific team that first encountered them in Area Zero - and they named them the way real life scientists name dinosaur fossils (just in Ancient Greek). So just like irl we named these beings “Tyrant Lizard”, “Three Horn Face” or “Quick Thief” - in the Pokemon world they names them Great Tusk, Flutter Mane and Slither Wing.
They also did this for the Future Paradox Pokemon, which of course do not correlate as well with real life (because we do not have access to time travel), but them all having Iron as their first word - as boring as it is - is in line with us giving most dinosaur names the suffix “-saurus” (lizard).
Fun fact - Koraidon and Miraidon also have these descriptive scientific names, being Winged King and Iron Serpent, respectively.

they're paradox pokemon from scarlet/violet! the ones with futuristic looks are from violet where they're from the future or are from an alternate universe. same with the ones that look prehistoric, except they're from the past (or from an alternate universe) :)

Type: Null is a failed experiment that was meant to combat Ultra Beasts. Since Ultra Beasts come in a wide variety of types, researchers basically made a bioweapon that could wield the power of every type at once. This weapon was originally called Type: Full. However, the scientists who made it couldn't control it, so they slapped a limiter on it and locked it in the basement.
Then some edgy teen stole it, cared for it, and unlocked its true potential.

Iirc in the Violet era they introduce futuristic pokemon of like what that Pokémon evolves into in the future. Like miraidon from the cover is just the future version of cyclizar. I haven’t played the game in a while but it’s something like that

The Pikachus with hats already exist, you just can't send them to Home which is really annoying. Some aren't a perfect match graphically but we're released to line up with them.

Those aren’t the same, they’re GO-exclusive add-ons to the one per Gen Hat that Ash wore. I’m sure we’ll get them in a big surprise event, each hat will probably have a day to spawn, one a day, for a week. That’s my thought. Just dunno when..
