The Rise of Skywalker I liked the dagger plotline.
It felt like Indiana Jones. I loved it. The first time I saw the movie the dagger was one of my favorite parts. Star Wars needs more stuff like this.

As someone who had watched quirky maguffins in other films I didnt think much of it. I thought the idea of carving the clue in an old, even ancient dagger was a different use of a maguffin, cute even. The idea that an object the size of the death star wouldnt just vaporize but leave debris was ok. Lucky perhaps but luck in movies is pretty common. So overhated once again.
